I would rather South African companies in Nigeria be affected or even chased away than having my children exposed to drugs, women kidnapped for prostitution, IDs being stolen, buildings being hijacked and the law enforcement being attacked by Nigerians. It's difficult not it say all Nigerians are involved in crime because even those that claim to be innocent don't call their own to order. SA has had enough now.
Well said Brother
You are spot on .Not only Nigerian all illegal immigrants Indians ,Americans Mexicans Zimbabweans not that it matters National id " illegal "out " .
Nigerians are deported everywhere
Not only south africa.
We are so ready for that eventuality than having Nigerians in our country
Safety of women and children comes first not to be exposed to human trafficking like prostitution and drugs
South Africa has a problem with illegal immigration. Undocumented immigrants that work in our country not paying taxes. We want that respect our country laws.
If course it makes sense and not just in SA but everywhere
@@leszjacobs1637 but make them pay taxes and period. It does not feel good talking about black foreigners left and right and centre. Which country does not have a percentage of foreign nationals? Even Malawi, it does have foreign nationals: Europeans, Asians, Mozambique and Nigerians
@bafilambozo8476 I didn't mention race. I was talking about illegal immigrants employed in our country.
We want jobs for our people first. I'm a South african first type of SAn.
They must first come legally to the country and register their businesses with SARS for taxation @@bafilambozo8476
Simple! The hard brains will never get that.
Very fair. Have papers, respect the laws and pay taxes.

South Africa needs to learn from Botswana. A foreign man cannot marry a Motswana woman to become a citizen
You lie. Which foreigners live in Botswana? That is a small country and small economy. Nothing to offer. Bo5swana themeselves m8grate to SA
@@bafilambozo8476 Then you know nothing of Botswana, and we don't migrate anywhere. Especially African countries, those Batswana in South Africa are from there. You are probably a Zimbabwean, always bitter about Botswana
@@kabzaify I traveled to Gaborone from SA more than 20 times. When I go by intercape bus all people in the bus would be Botswana people. When I travel back to South Africa I would see them also in the bus, returning to SA where they live.
By the way, this world is a global village. It would be a big loss and a painful experience in life to be born in a country B and stay permanently there for the rest of your life. This is being a prisoner in a spacious prison with no ceilling. Why would not I live in Japan, Brazil, Singapore, Canada or USA if I think can live a better life there than in the country where I was born. If you want to live legally in Canada, Brazil, USA, Singapore, Argentina or Japan you can do so without any problem. The immigration laws that would allow you to do so are there for everyone to access them and it is not impossible. When they grant you a visa, be it a tourist visa or a business visa, when you are there, you can always change it to a different visa that would allow you to stay there legally. You can marry a local person, you can go to the army, you can apply for asylum, you can apply for work permit based on your skills, you can study critical skills so you can get papers to live permanently there, and nobody will make it an issue just because you became a citizen of that country. A lot of Americans live in Asian countries, Brazil, ecuador, Argentina, etc. They like it for good weather and for low cost of living, yet USA is the richest country in the world. We must open our minds. Americans, Germans, British have companies in SA, and some chose to live in SA. Are their countries poor?
@@bafilambozo8476 Never Batswana have passports and respect don't you ever compare u lots with our neighbours Namibia too when they need things this site they take their passports no problem and we love them that's why when we also visit legal no problem
@@bafilambozo8476 Lots of foreigners live in Botswana whether permanent or visiting You should watch national geographic u will see and understand these two neighbouring countries. Who told Botswana is a small country .
If a person is illegal in SA. You must go

If a person has his documents right and in order. You can stay in SA..
We want law and order back in South Africa.

I have only a few correction on the title not only Africans but the are also Asians..I.e Pakistans or Bangladeshians that are here illegally...they must go..South Africa was the last country to get " freedom " from the colonizers but it is expected to help out countries that got their independence 50, 60 years ago ...those people aren't reciprocating ...they use our infrastructures ...messing it up and go send back home the money they made in S.A ...how is that helping South Africans build their own country...to me it's more like leeching. I do believe in us Africans working together and trading together but we have to do things by the law ...in fact the is an African proverb that says both hands washes each other .

Exactly this, it’s not xenophobia, SA won’t be held ransom for whoever helped during apartheid because it’s SAns who died for this freedom, SA has done a lot for Africa and is still doing so. It’s disingenuous to want and force this African unity when it seems everyone only wants to “unite in SA”. Only when governments of other African countries take accountability and are willing to make their countries work can that dream be realized. SA doesn’t have the capability and SA doesn’t owe anyone. SAns will come first in SA. Only way Africa will prosper, is if the people of the different countries work to make it work.

Who are in South Africa illegally must go
Every country has laws. Africa will fall on its knees if we don't maintain order. We should face our respective countries and governments to do right by its own people.
Yes, the only law that Africans are not respecting is the law of going to Sourh Africa, because when I went to Maputo, Mozambique, I saw it full of foreigners, probably the majority of people living in Maputu town are foreigners, mostly asians, but I did not see locals having issues with foreigners just because they are many there.
In Angola and Congo there are many foreigners there, specially Congolese, Chinese and Nigerians and I did not see ba clash between them

We were just there of having that dream but what others are doing in other countries makes others doubt if it will be a good move. Trust me, the whole of Africa is still being controlled by the colonizers to this day and we think we are free.

It does not have to be everyone only one test case that represents the many a class action that would work get one person whom we know is a foreiegner sue the state on behalf of south south africans who have experienced the same in that way open the floodgate of suing the state dedinetly they will be forced to change the laws like is happnening on the criminal procedure act and the immigration act which forces the government to withdraw and start drafting laws that protects south africans all we need it is to open a case and petition the courts and if needs be use the very same NGOs who protect others instead of south africans because i believe also our human rights have been abused by the illigal immigrants.
Do we also look at the contribution towards the economy. I can tell you, in recent research, these foreigners have contributed a lot. Look out in our communities, many families have their RDP houses turned into flat and get rent from these guys. Listen, there are more Nigerian in the US, UK, Germany and other countries than in South Africa. Nigerians are doing fantastically well and in fact a role model for others. My point exactly is when the system of your country is bad, then the bad actors will look for ways to operate there-south Africa as a case study. Deporting people is never going to be only action you take to change that. There are many Nigerians in South Africa legally and doing so well.
