I miss 99.5 the x in NC that’s what I grew up listening to… they had the best songs. That must’ve been 2005-2012 when I was in 5th grade through high school

Josey was Saliva man, I'm not saying Bobby is bad no he's awesome but nobody could give a performance like Josey did. Man was criminally underrated, he gave performances that a good chunk of artists at that time couldn't give on their best day.
I love him, but he's live performances are not that great

OMG ... let me catch my breath ..... this is an incredible video! Thank you so much for posting! Saliva is my favorite band of all time behind Van Halen. This early rendition of the original line-up is historically valuable and is fantastic for bringing to life the original Josey in all his glory!

One of the few times where he sounds decent live, and I’m not trying to be mean or anything. I love his voice in studio but man it’s normally hard for him to replicate it live.

Bobby is good. But…I’m sorry these songs hit differently with Josey. Saliva is very underrated band. But they are a puzzle too and when Josey isn’t there, it’s simply missing a piece.

some of the guitar parts was definitely keyboards in the studio but they sound great here.

There weren't smartphones in 2001. Camcorder most likely.
Likely an early digital 8 handy cam. They recorded digital audio and video to a spinning magnetic tape, so no tape warble.
