The councilwoman didn't act on the issue since December. Only when the media got involved did action happen. She gave no answers why she didn't act on it before. I used to watch the series Hoarders, and usually in the episodes, the initial cleanup upsets the hoarder so much, the cleaners have to stop and calm the person down. Keep an eye on the homeowner.

I said "dad, I'll take the old one out tomorrow". Next day, after he had the new one in, he says "maybe, I think I should keep that old microwave, because it didn't quite stop working, just put it in the basement". I'm like its ok, we can throw it away. u have a new one now & that one is over 20yrs old. Many are delicate & vulnerable in this life, especially if the have been exposed to trauma. Dad does have severe OCD. It's a strange vulnerability when people shut down mentally & cant let go or be organized in their homes & mind.

It’s just that people are beginning to feel like the homeless, the criminals, the squatters and the mentally ill are running the asylum. It makes law-abiding citizens feel helpless and outraged.

    I have SO MANY questions!
    Who is the homeowner?
    Why did he allow this?
Me and that homeless would have fought! Aint no way. L.A is so overwhelming. Too much.

New builds on subdivision building code. Check levys' and damns', add(3) three drainage areas in circles with four homes. Check sea level for proper flowing. Into the circle, has a 28° degreed slope. Off the slope, flatline and start build. Yard, home. Go Sam Houston.

Thank goodness for Mayor Bass, a mayor for the people not the wealthy donors. I love how during her public statement she immediately addressed the issue said they were going to start cleaning it up while they investigate why the ball was dropped and also showing compassion for the tenant/homeowner, I wish more politicians could be like Ms. Bass 👏🏼
