What had u eaten for yesterdays dinner. I am head ache expert. I have all types of head avhes since child hood including migraine. Andikeep researching on my food hsbitsetc. I avoid spicy, sour ,very teeka foodatnight. Non beh
Non veg bigno i have observed if I eat turdaal, 100 percent I get head ache while getting up next day morning. Yugat daal is highly acidic. Matela at night gives me head ache. I prefer to eat sweet things like khet prayas etc which is cold. Avoid contrast foods Like fish non veg and milk Matela milk Turbooza milk We call it Viruddha aahaar
