@@HeyThereWilders you 2 are beautiful couple I am from South America a place called Suriname and my second husband is Hispanic who was born in NY so it’s beautiful to see you guys very inspirational and beautiful kids and mom you are so funny.
I'm English speaking Canadian and took French in high school, but still struggled in Quebec. Quebec slang is hard to follow. I loved Quebec city and Montreal though. Food was amazing.
I speak only English, but can get by anywhere in Europe. There are a lot of English speakers everywhere. You should learn the polite words wherever you are and then just dive in. You have lovely polite children who are the best ambassadors. I once took a bus tour from London to Rome. Had a family with a 12 year old and a 14 year old on the bus and it was so fun watching them experience everything. The boy managed to find kids to play soccer with every place we stopped and all the crafts people we met wanted the girl to be their model.
My mother's family is Cajun and Quebec. My Mémère and pépère spoke French before learning English in school. I have a few relatives who only speak French. They all speak to you as if you're fluent if they catch you know even only a word or two. I only know a few words and phrases. My mother wasn't supposed to learn French growing up (my grandparents stopped the use of it with the younger ones after their oldest son got made fun of as a toddler - there is a whole thing with French-Canadians in New England with prejudice and the language dying here) but she knows it well enough that my Mémère didn't blink an eye after her dementia made her think my mum grew up speaking French and she stopped using English with her. 😂 With the way Drue is pronouncing Quebec, I'm surprised they don't assume you all don't speak French at all. It sounds so odd with the English "qu" sound. I literally used to say it like that, too, so did my family (when speaking English), so it shouldn't sound so strange to me. 😅
The sweetest family. Gina has the nicest, kindest smile. Drew, you are so great at narrating your trip. Just the greatest parents! Adorable children!
I took two years of French in High school and 2 semesters in college. I still can’t speak it fluently! Have fun and fais attention! (be careful) 😊
Don't worry! I speak the language and it still took me a couple days to get oriented. We had a ton of fun!

Bellos los niños ,tienen padres maravillosos, son hijos biologicos
o alguno adoptado
.
they say Samuel de Champlain ( the discoverer of Quebec) is buried underneath that church
Actually Tim Hotons to me is just a coffee shop but it's the best.
13:38 yoo this was only 10 months ago? I was about to say "2020 was such an illogical and insane year" but I looked at the date of the video. T_T
😀😀😀😀😀😀
Did you learn to roll your Rs so you could " roll up the rim to win" at Tim Hortons? It's a quintessentially Canadian thing for sure.
