When do you most feel pressure in your sport?
In the clutch
Usually before I play, in the build up. Sometimes I deal with it ok other times I feel nervous tension in my legs when I start and dont play well.

As a goalkeeper for football, the pressure is high, and this position takes a lot of confidence to do well. I've been playing bad lately due to nervousness, and lack of self-belief. Hopefully this will help!
