used too sell cars. been too a LOT of auctions closed trade only and public. this is hands down the best auctioneer l have ever witnessed. calm, timely offering rise suggestions etc etc etc. impressed..
The old w124 series were possibly the best made Mercedes post war .I was watching that and also the similar estate model on the auction . I know the old 300 six cylinder and would personally prefer it because of its simplicity. Having had a number of the DB product over the years I would love another 124 E class but unfortunately as only my Wife can now drive She was worried about the length of them as opposed to all the modern "shopping trolleys ". Great old cars -much missed amongst all of todays rubbish . Great auction entertainment ,Thanks.

Quality sells... Simple as that.
It was an outstanding car, that's why it did so well. Proper cars always achieve a good price.
A 1990-1992 is more worth.. have the best classic look. Nice cars!
I have one sitting on my field here at my house I parked it up in 2015 same colour
Is "make no mistake" auction code or just a mannerism?
It means it's going to sell, sometimes they say to clarify its meet the reserve
i want the E500 of 1993 they were built by porsche.
House always wins! Whoever paid that is probably crying into their beer now.
These two flappers ruin the Auction Video!
