Hopefully everyone sues the state so they can figure out that they shouldn't just flood the poor people downstream. They don't plan at all at these dams they just let it flow when it'll flood people out the most. The water levels shouldn't be that high during the rainy season.
They keep the lakes at max capacity year round because the lake people complain when they can't walk to the boat and ramp..... plus they sell water out of them lakes don't let the river authority lie to you
