The dynamic, energy and chemistry on this podcast was fantastic and extremely enjoyable to watch.
Snowbike and Andy added banter and takes that added a great vibe to Gamecast.
Continuing to have this lineup in the future would be fantastic.
Not to take away from Imran bc I love his place on Gamescast, but yeah I felt the same way. The chaotic energy was too good!

This is not the channel for ppl who like adult variety in video games. That's why there are other channels. Nioh2 has gotten a total of 5 sentences this whole year in this channel. Nioh was a better game than most of the things they've spent time with... so was feynx rising. I like the channel but I know what I'm Not going to see here.

This is one of the funniest podcasts I've ever watched. Genuinely had me in stitches several times, mostly all the NBA 2K talk.
I rarely agree with someone on every single point but i have to say that i agreed with Andy about literally every single thing on Bloodborne and Demons Souls but never ever will i pick crunchy peanut butter over creamy...

Demons souls is unbelievable, the only other souls game I played was bloodborne and Andy nailed it perfectly. This game is phenomenal GOTY easily

I agree. I think the original Dark Souls is also worth your time and easily has the best world design in the series. It's a stunning game.
It’s funny. I played Demon Souls and Skyrim at the same time. It ruined Skyrim for me because the combat couldn’t compare. I’ve been playing Skyrim again for the last month or so. If I get a ps5 I will definitely start demon souls again and put down Skyrim again.
Demons souls is my first and it definitely took me a few hours of trial and error to start figuring it out. I think I restarted like 10 times lol. But I finally beat my first boss, and almost got to second boss before I got trapped in a hall and died lol
@@KitchenerLeslie2 had the exact she problem. Ruined skyrim and assassins creed for me at the time. Combat just couldn't compare.

I personally feel you can’t claim you on Git Gud squad until you conquer O&S in Dark Souls. Demon’s Souls is hard because of of levels but the bosses themselves are either gimmick or only have 2-4 attacks to learn.
Really love seing such a whole cast, really like snow bike Mike a lot, would be nice to have the 5 of you more often! :)

First time playing and I agree with Andy, when I unlock a shortcut in a world, OMG I feel like I really accomplished something.
Good on Andy saying it's must play. If you have a PS5, you owe it to yourself to try this game and try to see it through
I've never seen Andy this well articulated. He's a passionate fireball of eloquence here, completely mesmerising. He goes into the nuance of what makes Souls games great but also what makes this a great remake and why gamers should play Demon Souls. mad props!
We need a game of the year gamescast where the entire team shows up to celebrate this year in games. Greg, Tim, Blessing, Imran, Fran, Andy, Mike, Gary, Barrett, Joey. It’ll be a fun time.
Having Mike on the show was such a breath of fresh air. I loved hearing him rant about NBA and get excited over Halo. He is a great new voice and I sincerely hope that he can make more regular appearances on the GamesCast

It is pretty lame that only Andy has played Demons Souls properly but no one else really. Kills the possible nice discussions. This is a monologue, but still kudos to Andy for enjoying From Software masterpieces. The class does not matter, they are just starting templates. And for combat animations, weapons dictate the animations.

I actually like Mike on this podcast a lot more than on the X-Cast. Lot more spicy and natural, some swearing included. He seems A LOT more careful around Gary and his own show in general

Thats why its good to have a crew. Its no fun to see someone play a game, or listen to them talk about a game they have no interest in. I’d rather have andy talk about it, taking the time to dig deep, than having all of them play it and basically say, “I get it, but its not for me.”

Also shout out snow bike mike on this one. I love snow bike but sometimes on shows I feel like he’s always in announcer mode if you get what I mean. But on this one when he was going off on 2k and ps5 and just the whole episode it just felt way more calm and organic for him and I enjoyed it very much. Keep killing it man!

Andy, with a royal build you go snag the crescent flachion in 4-1. Which you can do this right after phalanx and have a sword that scales in magic and play it more action based but still have magic.

As someone who is lucky enough to own a PS5, XSX, and RTX 3090, I absolutely love listening to multiple takes and perspectives on each game and platforms. So much better than 2 hours of everyone praising the games with no criticism. Also, Andy and Snowbikemike chemistry is electric. Positive for the most part, but not afraid to be critical. 👍🏽
