I definitely like to document everything that goes on in the hopes it helps someone else 🙌

It could definitely be a manic episode ramping up, especially with the 'barely sleeping but having tons of energy'. I would steer clear of overexerting yourself (mania tends to be wrapped up in the feeling of wanting to do 'everything always forever') and stepping back from strong feelings and trying to analyze them a bit. Worse case, you're just having an odd time due to your meds/other things but it never hurts to be cautious

Having mania for a month I think the best advice is to create a regiumine for the day, if you have the feeling of ramping up take ten minutes to just plan the day, doesn't have to be a day of productivity but just something you can meet, two hour walk, watch a movie, etc to just ground yourself
