    Ingredient
    400g smoked duck meat
    200g bean sprouts
    ½ onion
    10 perilla leaves
    ½ scallion
    5 garlic
    1 Cheongyang pepper
    ½ tablespoon of cooking oil
    a little pepper
    Seasoning) 2 tablespoons all-purpose soy sauce, 2 teaspoons light mustard
    Preparation
    1. Wash and prepare the bean sprouts.
    2. Thinly slice the onion, cut the perilla leaves into thirds, cut the garlic in half, and finely chop the scallions and Cheongyang peppers.
    3. Cut the duck meat into bite-size pieces.
    4. Add mustard to all-purpose soy sauce and mix well.
    5. Add oil to a heated pan and cook the scallions and garlic first. When the scallion oil rises, add the duck meat and onions and cook them together.
    6. When the ingredients are cooked, push them to the edge of the pan, place bean sprouts in the center, and top with perilla leaves.
    7. Add seasoning, mix well and stir-fry, then sprinkle with Cheongyang pepper and pepper to finish.
