Huge Typ O Negative fan and I am always blown away at how good A Pale Horse Named Death is with each record. You can hear Type O's influence in each one. Peter would be proud of Sal for sure.

I hope that this band will keep making more albums as the years goes on because I'm giving A Pale Horse Named Death a chance by listening to their music of course. If they made 9 albums or more then this band will truly be the one to enjoy listening to from the 1st song to their finale. 1/31/23

The lead guitar is fucking money in this, it really needs to be given the spotlight in the third act but it gets drowned out by everything else when it should be given center stage.

@@alexvedrov1902 Yes, Sal is the only constant member in all the albums, basically he's APHND. Johnny Kelly (ex TON too) was also a member of APHND btw.

@@alexvedrov1902 Well, Sal was "only" the drummer for TON (till 1993) but he's the mastermind behind APHND: Sal is the vocalist, one of guitar players and songwriter. Sal Abruscato is APHND at this point/I mean APHND can't exist without Sal.

This band is like if Layne Staley only had a 6 note vocal range, Jerry Cantrell didn't know how to write interesting memorable riffs and vocal melodies, and neither one of them knew how to write music.

The drums sound like someone tapping on a desk and the vocals are buried in muck. This is a mess, which is a shame, since this band had been doing well as of Lay My Soul to Waste.
