Right! And TRIED to say it was a sound malfunction. Um, we know it wasn't because there were no issues with sound for the performances or other speeches.

Closest I've seen to it. I think there's only like 3/4 minutes missing, but that's on the front end when he was just doing pleasantries... this is the uncut meaty portion.
