Looks solid man! I'll need to practice the approach to drill it into me, right now I just throw a normal huck but for sure I will pull further if I do this run c:. Thanks for the detailed steps!

Great video! I just discovered your channel a couple weeks ago and have found it very helpful. Not sure if you're looking for video ideas or not, but it would be awesome to see a tutorial from you on how to adjust your throws when dealing with windy days, i.e. how to adjust your throws when going into the wind, with the wind, or when the wind is blowing to your left or right (or a combination like back left or back right). Just an idea though, either way, I'm enjoying the content. Thanks for the vids!

nice video. could you do a video on outside in hucks by chance (especially backhand)? putting an OI angle on my backhand huck takes the disc out of alignment so i find myself almost leaning back to compensate. also i find that i am swinging the disc in an arc rather than bringing it through in a straight line due to the angle. these factors make my OI backhand huck pretty inconsistent, usually falling to the ground sooner than i want and being inaccurate

Just some comments.. I think in general for pulls it maybe wise to look at disc golf players on their approach of run up and through their throws.. I've seen quite in depth videos talking about the run up, weight transfer from back leg to front and also especially the hip rotation (using it to generate momentum)... I see you doing this maybe knowingly but don't realize it.. the hip rotation prior to the arm motion swing through is actually key to generate long distances..

What kind of distance are you throwing back hand like this?
