Where do I go to school? I am a graduate from the University of Oregon with a major in Human Physiology with a minor in Media Studies. I just graduated nursing school in Portland, OR with hopes to go into pediatrics, oncology, or cardiology!

@@Mark-ks1rv Just say "I haven't passed yet." Don't take it as a failure but see it as a learning opportunity. There is a lot of power in "Yet"; you are telling yourself that you will get there and that your eyes and heart are still fixed on your goal.
Well I've taken the exams for the second time now and still didn't succeed, i wonder how those who succeeded did it🥺😭
@@Mark-ks1rv I failed many exams on my journey to becoming a vet nurse. Allow yourself to feel down, but then use it as a learning experience and preserve until you pass. This experience will only make you a stronger more rounded nurse. You’ve got this!!
I failed 3 times, i lost money to reviews that never helped but the major thing is that I've not lost hope
@@divinemercy7331 you WILL pass, both exams you’ve taken already will only strengthen you for when you succeed. Take it question by question and don’t be afraid to speak to those who have passed recently to find out any tips they have.
Obviously Nclex exam has been a pain in my ass, but that won't bother me any longer I have passed my exam already thanks to you Mr Marcus God bless you more cuz you made it possible for me.
Nclex exam is really difficult and frustrating, I can't believe I failed again after studying so hard.
You will pass everyone has their own season, just keep going pray and believe you will receive yours Mr Marcus like everyone has been saying he can be off help

I think motivation is the biggest aspect of long study periods. It's very difficult to not sprint start in the first two weeks, but always easier said than done 😅 I absolutely feel ya on the overthinking part when studying doesn't seem to carry fruits and push you forward! I question myself so much during this time and my nerves are all over the place🙄Taking a step back and talking about your feelings might do wonders to reset your mind 💗 Congratulations again for passing the NCLEX! My victory this last week was passing my oral exam 🥳
I commented before and told you Uworld as well. I was a straight-B student in nursing school and I passed my boards in 75 questions and 25 minutes. Good luck on your boards, you can do this!

A victory for me this week is I passed my second patho exam with an 87 and I’m pretty proud of that.

I just found out the other day that I got an 87% on my first midterm in nursing school. I was feeling pretty anxious about how I did since it was my first exam in nursing school, but I'm happy with my result, so I'd call it a win :)
Good luck with your NCLEX, I'm barely in block one and it seems so daunting. I love watching your videos, they're great inspiration. I'm a mother of three and in my late 30's, how I envy the alone time you get to study lol. But keep up the great work! I have 2 younger siblings, and 1 just graduated with her BSN and passed her NCLEX. The other is on his 2nd to last block of nursing. Both 10 years younger than me eek lol, I'm so proud of them though. So proud of you too, you can do this, you got this!!

Victory for the week: I had to move my cardiovascular test back due to some family emergency. It turns out I did super well in this test as we got marks back the next day.

Well, as the exam was a month ago she is probably sipping drinks on Hawaii enjoying life after passing the test. She was well prepared so I do not think it went wrong.
Dang i'm impressed you made it through a MONTH of studying! i studied 1 week haha! It wasn't as bad as i thought though you'll do great! It felt like another nursing school exam :) just find out tips and tricks on HOW to answer nclex style questions in addition to lab values, and you'll pass with flying colors!
nclex high yield, simple nursing lab values, and uworld (read rationales), and mark k prioritization/delegation

Do you feel like the Kaplan cat exams were helpful in preparing you for the Nclex?

Just because someone scores high on a written test means they're do well at their job. I was in film school and one student scored high on all the written test compared to the ohter students but couldn't figure out to use the camera and how to edit. Apply things in real life is totally different reading something and thinking you understand it. What is your learning style? Hands on, visual, hearing, or reading? I think you'll be fine.

B headphones are not cheap. I've seen the price on them. But they are good headphones.

Why do you prefer being a blond over a brunette? I think men like blonds more. My sister is a natural brunette and she highlighted to be a blond. Men hit on her more. You looked different through the years since I watched your older videos. You were more dorky and nerdy when you were a brunette. Don't take that as an insult. Now you seem more confident.
