Sorry for the distorted sound, this batch of tapes came from some clod in the North-East who got one of the early NICAM stereo VCRs with an audio level control (a control to set the volume only when recording) and maxed it out, meaning no matter how much I reduce the volume on this, it will always have this distortion.

Would have been shortly before Night Shift was retired, and locally branded promos and continuity came in (coincided with the YTV relaunch).

Not that I saw it as I live in the London area, but this is rather like the BBC's Ceefax pages then really so too of course?
