Hi Guys, hoping you you enjoyed the tour of Santa Eulalia - I also made another Vlog a few months back - Es Cana (the next resort along) cheers ruclips.net/video/bI31fASnyqo/видео.html
@@NickIbizahire Was next to Kumharas when that area was wild and there were only Milord hotels and cala de bou apartments and a disco bar called boucala now its too busy.
Stayed in Santa Eulalia a couple of weeks ago. Stayed at the Sirenis hotel siesta. Nice little hotel. Some really nice bars restaurants - Koba, liquido, project social to name a few Hopefully back in October
@@NickIbizahire ahh lovely will bring back some memories ! Yes many times , mainly to Ibiza town my favourite :) I’m looking at properties there, it’s my dream to have a little Ibiza bolt hole x
Ah that’s sad :( so many people in the same situation as you! Properties here but can’t enjoy them - hope you can soon. Lucky to live in Santa Eulalia a great area
Your not the only one :) It took me a few years of being here until I realised. It is tucked away at the end of the beach - at least next time you come back you have a new place to explore.
Love the video mate . We go to Santa Eulalia every yr . Hoping to get there this yr all going well . Will be keeping an eye on your vlogs for information regarding COVID and general info regarding travel to ibiza this yr . Stay safe 👍
Great Vlog. Visited Santa Eulalia last summer for the first time and thought it was lovely. Great mix of beaches, marina shops and restaurants. Booked to spend a week in Es Cana in October. Let’s just hope it happens.
Your right, something for everyone - a great resort. Really hope you make it back - by October surely! Did you see Es Cana Vlog I made a few months back ruclips.net/video/bI31fASnyqo/видео.html thanks
I've stayed mostly in Siesta and Santa E over the years, fave apartment is Ros Apartments, highly recommended, just behind 'W', lovely sea views. Hope to stay at Ses Estaques in October. Thanks for the vid👍😊
I havent seen the Ros apartments but I was really impressed with the Hotel Ses Estaques as I walked past! I'm sure you will be there in October and have a great time.
Another great video mate thanks, I love watching your videos after a hard week working nights . Couple of cool cars there , be nice to see what other cars are around on the Island 😁. I often wonder if the limousine from Kevin And Perry is still in Ibiza ? Anyway thanks again mate 😎👍👍😎
Cheers James! Believe it or not there are no longer any Limos on the island! A crazy ibiza licensing law means it’s not possible. Such a high demand for them as well!
That’s one of the best vlogs of Santa Eulalia I’ve seen! We usually stay in the Sirenis Club Siesta, which is near where you started the journey, and we love Siesta’s quiet villagey feel. We’ve been at all times of the year, and as you said, there’s always something going on and in normal times, plenty of bars and restaurants open all year. The elves are called Familiars and come from under the Roman bridge. There’s some good legends about them if you look on the internet. Love the podenco statues! Keep the vlogs coming.
Thanks Anne, that means a lot :) really looking forward to making more when things start to open. Even though Santa Eulalia is a relatively large town it’s so easy to walk around. Maybe the next Santa Eulalia Vlog is a food crawl along restaurant street :)
Hey Nick👋🏻 it’s Friday which means it’s time to catch up on your videos and escape from the mundaneness of this UK lockdown. Another fab video. We stayed in Es Cana in Summer 2019 but after this video would love to give Santa Eulalia a try next. Looks lovely 👌🏻
Ha ha happy I uploaded for the weekend :) it turned into a long one, when walking around you always think it’s going to be shorter. Be great if you made it to Santa Eulalia! Enjoy the weekend
Thank you for this Nick. It is so great to watch on a cold grey day in England. Can't wait to get back to Santa Eulalia in May ( if covid restrictions allow ).
Hi Nick thanks for bringing back fantastic holiday memories. The little trolls in Santa Eulalia,we were told, live under the bridge over the river you crossed and kidnapped people every so often. We are Es Cannar die hards and booked for June and September, here's hoping. Stay safe. Julie,Ade and Jack. UK.
Thanks Ade, I will have to return to a Santa Eulalia and investigate these little trolls :) the fact that Es Cana and Santa Eulalia are so close is ideal. Have you ever taken the eater taxi between the two? I made a Vlog for Es Cana a few months back and hope you enjoy ruclips.net/video/bI31fASnyqo/видео.html
We stayed at Ses Estaques in July 2018. Lovely hotel, great location. As you say, the bay area in the front of the hotel is fairly quite compared with the main beaches. There is also a lovely restaurant just across the bay there. Found Santa Eulalia a great place, plenty going on, easy to get into Ibiza town. Did a party boat one evening out of San Antonio (organised through Thompson holidays who run the hotel) that was probably the highlight of the holiday along with the Hippy Market :) Great memories, thanks Nick.
Sounds like you had a great time. That's the great thing about Ibiza - there is so much to do for people of all ages not only nightlife and parties) that's what I'm trying to show through the Vlogs. It's great the island is large enough for people to keep coming back yet small enough for people to explore if they wish. You cant beat watching the sunset on a San Antonio boat charter - amazing memories.
Hey Lars -yes it’s between Santa Eulalia and Es Cana about 30-40 mins walk from the centre of town. I will include it on another Vlog as not much happening at the mo.
Hey Nick. I have been out to Santa Eulalia 16 times and Es Canar twice. Thanks for this video! I haven't been able to get out there for a couple of years now and I miss it greatly. For the first 14 years we stayed in the Riomar, but then me and my friends stayed in Es Canar for the last couple of times. Is the Riomar under redevelopment yet? I hear it was purchased/leased by Marriott. Cheers, Joe.
Hi Joe, when passing the Riomar I never noticed any signs of construction but not 100%. It would make sense as the W hotel is close by and owned by Marriot. The luxury chains are moving in!! Hope you make it out soon
Crazy weather there..... Wow. Still quite strict here uk, If allowed to come this year 2021 with a COVID test prior to leaving, is it easy to get a test to return to UK 72 hours before leaving ?? Cheers Nick. 👍😎😷.
Hi Dave, there are numerous places offering the private tests. Galeno private clinics comes to mind galenoclinic.com/?lang=en I had a test a few months back and cost 120€ - well worth it if its possible for a week in the sun :)
Gracias Nick Enjoyed the vlog, which has encouraged me to go back and explore Santa Eulalia (Santa Eulària des Riu) again.
