    Great video, this really helped me out. Your website is easy to use and your question papers have all the question types with differing difficulties which I find really useful. I also do L2FM, and your one of the only revision websites that give L2FM resources; with such quality in questions and videos I must thank you for that. Keep up the really great work and I hope you and your channel keeps on finding success. Thank you so much.

      Thank you for being so kind. I made the L2FM materials for the exact reason you said. Students were always asking for resources as there wasn’t much there but hopefully now they have a good place to go to. Good luck with your exams.

    Hey! I’m a huge fan of your channel because your explanations are the best, no other math channel has made me understand more than you, I’m in year 11 and want to thank you for your channel

      Hi thank you for this lovely comment. I put a lot of effort into the videos to help people understand what’s going on. A lot of other channels focus on “what to do” but then leaves you not understanding why etc. I have some videos I am working on for similar shapes (next 3 videos I expect) but then I will work on transformations of graphs just for you 😁

      Yes absolutely. You may it easiest to use my website as topics and videos are listed there. I have 2 histogram videos in the grade 6/7 playlist. Good luck!

    8:46 if i write the reciprocal of - 2/3 is 3/2 so therefore the lines are perpendicular then will i get the mark?

    • @1stClassMaths
      @1stClassMaths  8 дней назад +1

      The reciprocal of -2/3 is actually -3/2 rather than 3/2. You could “the negative reciprocal” though but easier to say they multiply to give -1

    • @deadm4n881
      @deadm4n881 8 дней назад

      @@1stClassMaths but if its -2/3 then doesent it change to +3/2 in the perpendicular line gradient.
      Edit : my way is right too but i will multiply to get -1 so then i'll be sure that my answer is right. thanks

      You have stated that the reciprocal of -2/3 is 3/2. This statement is false. As I said, you would need to say “the negative reciprocal of”

    Hi! I really love your videos since they are so clear and helpful! But I have a question, can you make a video on harder vectors with ratios? Its the only topic on the maths GCSE i cant wrap my head around and I seem to find it more difficult than further maths content! Im sitting my GCSE's this year so I hope that if you make a video it will come out before then!

      Hi thank you for this. It is on my list to do (as are many topics!) but that one will take a lot of preparation. I will see if I can move it forward though for you.

    Isn’t that just the reciprocal of 3 and negative as well?

  • @Kiska_86

    Why is there a c as the y-intercept? Does it matter if you use b instead?

    • @1stClassMaths
      @1stClassMaths  5 месяцев назад

      You can use b. In England we use c though.
