I stayed at the one on the ocean front but it’s gone now. I went over to the old Cavalier rode up the elevator and back down to check it out. It’s a nice old hotel.
Another time fog was rolling in off the ocean. Me and 10 friends were sitting out front. We seen a woman and a man dressed like the 40s or 30s. We stopped to talk with them. They said we just got married! The them head to the side door I watch them go in. Then it hit me heyyyy this place is closed. The doors they went it was locked. Nobody was there.
I've been there with family, the pool room is absolutely haunted. The water felt abnormal - 'heavy', if I had to describe it - and there was this eerie feeling hanging in the air. This was about 15 years ago now, and I can't say I have any desire to go back. Seriously a very haunted, creepy place.
