I can't explain how helpful it was. I was struggling in reading and trying to understand every step in detail and now after seeing this video everything is moving right in front of my eyes. Thank God I watched it.
Funny how my teacher rambles on about this for 45min, resulting in 3 pages of notes at size 9 font, when this 4 min video pretty much sums it up (with the exception of a few things)...
Yes EF-Ts it charges the EF-Tu, EF-Tu(Gtpase)- it brings the new tRNA to the A site EF-G (Gtpase)- it helps to push the tRNA in P site to E site to exit And There are some Releasing Factors too in the process of Termination
Except for missing some of the non-ribosome protein factors.. this is so good accurate and to the point. Thanks I'm so recommending this to my classmates.
I can't explain how this video saves me from the fear of this topic, just amazing. All of my doubts and confusions are completely clear now. Thanks a lot for making this life saving video
this is insane... i have been struggling with this concepts for the last 3 hrs ..... and finally 4 min vedio was enough and i am laughing....tnxsss so much
Wonderful video. It's amazing how you were able to explain it so well in 4 minutes and I got more out of that than 20 minutes of my own teacher's lecture! Thanks for helping!!
Most of the students commented over this video as it was helpful for them to understand the initiation, elongation and termination in protein synthesis. I comment about the video as The processing studying since long in books but understood just in two minutes
Very well explained 🥰 but i think, in the starting the position of IF-1 and IF-3 is wrong at the ribosome because IF1 Bind to the A site of ribosome and prevent the binding of aminoacyl tRNA at the A Site.. And IF3 bind to the E site of the Ribosome to prevent the binding of larger submit or prevent the 30s & 50s subunit from combining prematurely... In this case, If I m wrong so plzzz correct me...
The IF3 binds to the 30S so it prevents the assosiation of 50S and 30S. Shouldn't the IF3 first leave the Complex so the 2 parts of Ribosom can build the 70S, but not after assosiaction of 30S and 50S?

This is by far one of the best videos on prokaryotic translation I've seen on all of youtube! Thank youuuu
Thanks for commenting! We're glad you like it!
Yes dear
You are right
Hay where are you from

Pretty amazing isn't it
without that rambling this video would be difficult to digest
Which details are missing?
Mrjmaxted0291 the elongation factors, and the other two release factors. Some other stuff too but those are the big things
Yes EF-Ts it charges the EF-Tu,
EF-Tu(Gtpase)- it brings the new tRNA to the A site
EF-G (Gtpase)- it helps to push the tRNA in P site to E site to exit
And There are some Releasing Factors too in the process of Termination
This was so beautifully explained. Literally couldn't have asked for anything better
Amazing... Really cleared all my doubts on all those factors... So detailed and yet so easy... Really awesome
Except for missing some of the non-ribosome protein factors.. this is so good accurate and to the point. Thanks
I'm so recommending this to my classmates.
It's almost like you read my mind on what I wanted to visualize!!! Thank you so much
I'm so glad!
Holy cow! Literally the best animated explanation on youtube. OMG! THANK YOU
I can't explain how this video saves me from the fear of this topic, just amazing. All of my doubts and confusions are completely clear now. Thanks a lot for making this life saving video
much better than my teacher..
Seriously it is a video that is sure to clear all the concepts.#best one i have found till now.
Really good displaying of protein translation in eukaryotes. Thank you alila medical media. But I have to watch it again to grasp it wholly.
prokaryotes
THIS IS GOLD!
this is insane... i have been struggling with this concepts for the last 3 hrs ..... and finally 4 min vedio was enough and i am laughing....tnxsss so much
100/10 best explanation on youtube

The Best RUclips Video In My Entire Life... It is so much Helpful ❤
Best video of prokaryotic translation. Thank you.
Concept is easily understand by this vedio 👏👍
very nice video. :)
It would have been nice if the enlogation factors EF-Tu, EF-Ts and EF-G was included though, that is the difficult part :/
THANK YOU VERY MUCH ,RECOMMENDING THIS TO MY FRIENDS AND MENTORS
This is precisely why i went into science; simply amazing!
Thank you so much! Every video ive watched until now lack so much details!
Excellent ...! Just got my mind clear in 4 minutes
Simplified yet detailed.. thank you
after 6 year this video is still LIT for every student; Thank you.

I am from India i watch this video it is very helpful for my exams thak you so much for nice explanation 🙏🙏
Usually in every video we can see the mRNA moving but it's wrong ,actually the ribosome itself is moving...kudos to the video maker👍👍
Good stuff dude, loved the video!
Wow, clear, concise, easy. Thanks
Thanks, this video is so clear. Greetings from Argentina
This is really good work.... I really appreciate you
Best vedio I have ever seen about this topic Thanks!
Amazing plzz make same kind of video in transcription very helpful 💗
Short yet detailed as well!👍
this video is so helpful for me to undrstand translation
Super video finally gave me a clear understanding.
This really helped me understand thank you!
So this is pretty much the same for eukaryotes but with a different initiation process?
Shoutout to this video. Really helped me understand
So easy way to understanding sir thank you now this topic is not very seriously I think then I see this video
ممنون از این اموزش
loved it... jazakallah khair🙌🏻
clear cut explanation , thank you
It is easy to understand .... Thankyou!! you explained it very well.
Thanks for the helpful summary this finally makes sense!
Thank you so much.. Today is my ppr and it is so helpful 😍
Loved it. What an excellent explaination.
You made this clear. Thank you
thanks, sir you done very good job. I thoroughly understood the topic first time.
This is a nice overall summary. Thank you very much!
Your videos are always the best👏👍❤️👌
Thank you so much 💖 you make this topic easy
Exceptionally good
Beautiful explained
A very big thank-you ❤️
Perfect ... crystal clear 👍

best video to understand translation....😍😍
Very well explained! Thank you so much!!
Amazing ...well defined sir
IF1 and IF3 are inverted. IF3 on exit site and IF1 on aminoacyl site fixed with IF2-GTP
Awasome explanation 👍👍👍👍
The IF3 binds to the 30S so it prevents the assosiation of 50S and 30S. Shouldn't the IF3 first leave the Complex so the 2 parts of Ribosom can build the 70S, but not after assosiaction of 30S and 50S?
You literally saved me
Very good example
So beautifully explained........tq somuch sir.......,...
جزاک اللہ خیراً
How cool ..thank you so much 💕
Thank you so much for these videos! My notes are just so hard to understand :( this makes it sooooo much easier :D
In some other books ... position of binding IF 1 is at A site ....
Wasted 45 mis on lecture to know this.....thanks for upload
Wow simply amazing
Video lasts forever! @2023 November!
