- Chris Edgerly voices surprising fan favorite, Hidan, in Naruto: Shippûden. From 2007 to 2014, Chris voiced the S-rank missing-nin who defected from Yugakure and later went on to join the Akatsuki where he was partnered with Kakuzu - a partnership that made for plenty of entertainment since the two just can’t stand each other!
Damn... I am in love with this voice . And when he say kakazu whenever he feel embarrassed... that's classy.

Not gonna lie, Hidan is the reason I stuck to watching Shippuden. Your voice matches so well with his character that it makes him one of the most entertaining personalities in the show. It is too bad Hidan had so little airtime.
Recently, a thought came to me. In the movie, Road to Ninja, we see Naruto and Sakura get knocked into a parallel world where the characters' personalities are different, even the complete opposite to their real counterparts. While we got to see the Akatsuki in the movie, we did not get to see their parallel personalities. It makes me wonder. What do you think Hidan would be like in that parallel world? My money is on Hidan being a pacifist. But if he is a pacifist, how are his Jashinist rituals performe-- oh... hhmm......
Just swap his personality with Kakuzu lol. Imagine grumpy tired Hidan begrudgingly performs his rituals, and loud masochistic Kakuzu maniacally collects money
