I listened to the 3 episodes but didnt understand HOW can we know/find out which thing is affecting us? Sihr, evil eye or possession? He speaks about it in the intention part, but can we find out ourselves or do we need someone else? Or is it that Allah will give us the info somehow?

I’m female and went to a male raaqi with my husband and during the treatment the raaqi choked me with enough strength that I lost consciousness.. I thought I was gonna die

Allah knows all languages. If you don't know duas in Arabic say your duas in your language. And learn the meaning of your duas you do know. Some don't know the meaning of what they say. We should understand for better affects.

A bit of a contradiction. The sheikh said someone said his Moosa and he called sheikh Haroon. The person is now cured from his possession. Then sheikh said the mentally ill will say they are someone else but the possessed person will never admit he is possessed. So it actually means that some possessed people, will say they are someone else etc.?
