Police say they are not holding abducted Kitengela youth

New Inspector General of Police Douglas Kanja has opened a pandora's box on the mysterious disappearance of three men in Kitengela who went missing exactly one month ago. Kanja denied any police involvement or knowledge of the men’s whereabouts.
