  • Chocolate lava cake
    Ingredients
    - 120g unsalted butter
    - 10g butter for greasing
    - 180g chocolate
    - 4 eggs
    - 40g caster sugar
    - Pinch of salt
    - 3 tbsp flour
    Method
    1. Melt the butter and chocolate in a bowl over a pot of boiling water
    2. Grease 6 ramekins with butter
    3. In a second bowl, whisk together the sugar, 2 eggs and 2 egg yolks
    4. Fold through the flour in the egg mixture
    5. Mix the melted butter and chocolate and then fold that through the egg mixture as well
    6. Pour the batter into the greased ramekins
    7. Bake in a 220c oven for 7 minutes, then remove and let rest for a couple of minutes before turning out
    8. Serve with vanilla ice cream, dust with icing sugar and enjoy!

    Looks great as usual Andy! I don't normally comment on yt vids but I love for you to make a classic Neapolitan dish called 'Ragù alla Genovese'. Takes some time to make it but it's 100% worth it. I'll bet babe really likes it! x Julius

    I’ve never really seen you do any “country” food or soul food. I’m from the south and is by far my favorite food. And that’s what I would LOVE to see on your channel. I’m talking collard greens, cornbread, chicken, cobbler, biscuits and gravy, grits, more greens lol, red beans and rice. My family is a mix between New Orleans and South Alabama and good down home country food is where it’s at! You’re my favorite food inspiration and I watch your videos all the time to expand our pallets in my home but seeing some soul food on your channel and how you would prepare it would be so awesome!
