watching this hurts, I can't even finish it.....I hope everything sells fast, so it can be handled with the care it needs, whatever doesn't will probably be ruined from lack of appreciation...as much as they seem to love money....they seem to love a quick sale even more....so hopefully it goes quick.
I really like your videos mostly the comics since I do collect them on a small scale buget allowing I really like your excitement every time no matter what it is you have a wonderful family and it's great that you're all involved in the process don't take the mean comments to heart buddy they are just envious

I'm sure you get tired of seeing the countless comments on how you handle comics in every video that involves comics.
You even point that fact out often in your videos from time to time, so what I don't understand is that you clearly know that they should be handled better, yet you show no effort, or I can't notice any.
I just find it hard to believe that a person who says they "research" the books all the time and comes off as "knowing" comics, just completely overlooks the 1 most important aspect of understanding a comic's worth- it's CONDITION.
Yes, I know u have alot of stuff to sort and time is of the essence, but It literally would take you maybe 30-45 seconds more per box, if you just show some care to how you grab and flip thru them. ESPECIALLY the ones that have no backing boards. You have a tendency to grab a bunch halfway out the box, then bend them all backwards as you flip.
Congratulations, you have now permanently put a very defined spine tick on all those books, which in most cases, would take the grade of those books down a level, decreasing it's value considerably. And for someone whose ultimate objective is to buy and resell, I just am completely dumbfounded how something so elementary as proper handling is not even done, thus losing your business money.
Of the many flaws a comic can have, the MOST immediate attention is paid to the spine of the book first. It is what 99% of all Collectors look at first when assessing the book's condition. And I tell you what, I don't care if it's a $5 book or a $5,000 book, I see a spine tick right on the center of that spine, then that book is going back in the box, or sold for half of what you are asking for it.
You go thru a box in about 1 minute usually in your videos, and in that minute, you effectively decrease the box's contents. Just think about that! 1 minute's time! I shudder to think how you rummage thru them off camera!
Take all the comics you have ever sold while in this line of work, add up the money you made selling all those books, and then now take 25% of that amount. That is the amount of money your business has lost.

A few things. That wolverine if it gets CGC'd can run for 150-200 easy. Also those Creepy and Eerie magazines? THOSE are worth A LOT of money especially the EARLY issues. Even the later ones are 15-20 PER ISSUE!

He'll make more if he parts it out. The big blue gantry doors alone are about $300 because they break easy. You have to take care in shipping them

At around 26:39 those parts were the shell of a 1978 kenner star wars x-wing the wings and motor are notorious for breaking on those he probably took it apart to fix something that broke
Rene - serious idea for you. You spend a TON of time and money at storage units. I'm guessing your monthly rent is expensive living in S.D.? Have you ever considered building your own storage units? No employees, no gas, water, or electical hook-ups, etc. They can be built very cheap! Low maintenance, high margins!! We have a local storage unit owner that is ALWAYS building new ones. He builds them, they fill-up almost immediately, he builds more. Guys gotta be makin' a killing!! Just an idea.....

It's like a treasure trove... I know most of it is just paper and cardboard but printed decades ago and most in absolute mint condition as its been stored while never seeing the light of day, even the glimpses you see of some items its like taking a time machine to multiple decades ago and viewing stuff thats in the same condition now when it was made before I was even born!
How do you put a price on that kinda stuff?...

You may get tired of hearing people complain about how you handle the books..but saying they have been sitting around for years and your handling of them roughly do not equate..thats like saying a rare vase has a very small chip on it so it is okay to just smash it to the ground..anyway it is your stuff do as you like..but from collectors it is so cringe worthy..
