No one has the right to tell you how much makeup (or anything else, for that matter) you “should” or “shouldn’t” have. Also, it seems rather judgmental to comment on your appearance with regard to use or lack of use of makeup. You were very courteous in your response to that person, and you don’t need to defend yourself against such criticism. As most of us learned when we were young, if you can’t say something nice, don’t say anything at all. I appreciate the effort you’ve obviously put into your videos, and I thank you. I also have a very small bathroom, so I keep my makeup in a similar acrylic organizer on my bedroom dresser.

Heat and moisture may have turned the hair elastics or the lack of if the container is air tight.
It was def air tight!

Something about having kids & getting older causes one to have more minimal makeup. And i think natural beauty is something to strive for. You are beautiful ❤️❤️
I also enjoy wearing makeup and trying new products even if I don't wear it every day. When I was growing up, I would watch my Mom put on her makeup. She always told me makeup is meant to enhance your natural beauty. When you wear it people are supposed to see you, not the fact that you wear a ton of makeup. I prefer to follow that route now that I am an adult and I get plenty of compliments and admiring glances from other people. I see nothing wrong with embracing a minimal approach when it comes to beauty. You are still a beautiful woman regardless of what other commenters think/say. And your supplies are organized and well kept, so who cares if you have too much? You only have to please yourself.

I have been wanting to try the power paste. I just added it to my Target list. I had to smile when you mentioned once you start with Scrub Daddy there is no going back. I am right there with you. Great video!
The clear elastic bands, for some reason need to be in a container that gives a little bit of air through it. I had mine in a closed container and they also turned yellow. I switched it over to a ventilated container, and I haven’t had an issue with them turning yellow.
The heat, even negligible, in closed containers, seems to age the elastics, causing chemical reaction that makes them yellow.

Just an idea, in our shower we bought the containers that go on the wall that hold shampoo, conditioner, body wash. I did 4 of them so we have one body wash for me and one for my husband. No more bottles all over the shower to deal with. It is so much cleaner. I got them off of Amazon and my hubby mounted them.
I loved the sponge daddy paste idea, I'll have to try it. I remember doing decluttering of my makeup and other areas. It's a fun journey, finding what works and brings joy. You are very knowledgeable and helpful ❤

Hi Catherine, you did a great job cleaning and organising your bathroom. I couldn't see a toilet roll holder, but I know you can get them with a small storage container so you can store your hygiene products in there. Toilet roll holders have so many options now. Do you regret getting a smaller vanity? Or is it the same size as what you had before? Cause the one before hit the wall right?
I definitely don’t regret the smaller vanity! At some point I’d love to have a plumber come move our pipes so this one will touch the wall too and give us a little more space. But this one added quite a bit of “breathing room” for us in there
I have the same plastic sliding drawers in my bathroom. They are very helpful in small spaces!

That is not a lot of makeup! I have a deep drawer and use a makeup caddy, lift out, use then back it goes. You could use a pretty makeup bag that fits on toilet shelf, may be able to fit some of the under sink stuff too! Great job!
Thank you!! I agree, it’s not that much! I used to have way more but then when we’ve downsized a few times over the years I’ve had to start really letting go of things. In my old videos my counters were always littered with makeup and things but now since I can’t do that anymore I’ve come a long way!
What did you use to hang your razor
I keep my elastics in a ziplock bag and have had them for years never turned colors

I love using the power paste, it's the best. I leave my spong separate because it does get moldy while stored in the container.

Yes I tend to just get down on my hands & knees and scrub it! I’m careful around the legs of the vanity!
