I dig the u-shaped kitchen at the end, and the massive solar power array, and the storage built in. Toe-kick plate drawers for the kitchen are about the only improvement possible.

Love this design, beautiful finishes and so much space to cook, dine, relax, sleep, etc. My favorite features are: custom cabinetry, bath vanity, safety rails, space for a massive tv, and the gorgeous aesthetic combining wood and white. One suggestion... it appears the dishwasher is far from the sink due to opening of the door, I get that. Just thought I'd let you know there is a dishwasher drawer designed to fit directly below the sink; this solution would be my preference. I'd also prefer a stacking washer/dryer as the combo units take 3 HOURS per cycle! Lastly, I'm wondering about clothes storage? Please elaborate on ways to increase this, a few coat hooks is simply insufficient even for the most minimalist of wardrobes. THANK YOU AGAIN for another amazing design. Very impressive! I am definitely a fan!
I love the double loft! I would like a double loft in my house with a catwalk from one loft to the other for myself and my cat 🐈. I also need a small garage attached for my electric mobility scooter. I'll need a plug in to charge my scooter.
I love the stairs, railing a privacy wall for the room above the kitchen. I love that cute dishwasher. From a presentation view, you do very well. The only thing I'd watch is instead of telling people something is beautiful, say something like 'this is my personal favorite because..' and let us tell you it's beautiful. I watched a video recently by someone so different from you, very pushy, saying this or that was beautiful or whatever to the point I wanted to say enough already. You are far more pleasant. Yes! the pull out pantry is to die for! Can you say where you source it?

This one is my favorite... So PERFECT! I love cedar, too. I would love this house with a bathtub... Wondering if that would work by omitting the washer from the bathroom and replacing the dishwasher with the washing machine combo instead? Everything else is magnifique!

I've been watching these type of homes over the course of two years on youtube as well as the internet showrooms for RV trailer sales. I have to give your team top grades for you build quality, really mean that. The number of builds with piss poor design and underwhelming craftmanship that still exists at the $100,000 mark is unbelievable! I may also add its even better that its Canadian, so living in Quebec you truly understand what four season means, the fourth being nasty and unpredictable cold. Not some company that never sees snow. At any rate I enjoy your channel and recommend you to my friends and family. Keep up the great work!
