I like Brandon's no BS approach. I mean really, have you ever seen another spatchcock video where they just tossed the backbone in the trash rather than saying, "and you should save this to make a WONDERFUL stock"?? Great video, Brandon, thank you.

Got the seasoned bird in the fridge, I'll gather up the ingredients for the mop sauce and see how this recipe works on the green egg this afternoon ... your chicken looks amazingly delicious Brandon. Take care Sir!

You had me thinking that I need to stop by when I’m in the area and check out some BBQ. But you lost me with one ingredient… Margarine. Nope, not gonna do it.

I was excited to see this video... But... I can clearly see that you have never been so poor that you had no money to buy food... Well, I have been there and I can tell you that it is something to think about when you throw away all the food inside and the backbone of that chicken... How many of those have you thrown away over the years of you cooking? You can roast those and make amazing chicken broth with them as well as have actual meat to eat from them. If that chicken had a gizzard and liver inside... you threw away good food. Please think about people who have not enough to eat... I have been there with a small child to feed... and no money to buy food. I try not to waste food and also thank the animal for giving it's life for my benefit.
