It was always a cheese strat, if you don’t roll over early on, you loose tons of tempo.
I think it was already risky and bad last patch, if you knew what to play against this strat.
Against Camille for example high base damage enchanters could play barrier heal and Facetank her early lvl 1 engage.
Best champs for this IMO are karma and soraka, who both giga outscaled Camille support and could beat Camille up on lvl 1, with tons of DPS and slow down, best ADC answer is probably draven, who could either start E or have his support block it and murder Camille with all in Q damage.
It is until you get jax counterpicked
