Toddy, check out Dolby Access or DTS Sound Unbound in official Microsoft store for Windows 10. They both have trial period.
These two programs get 7.1 sound from game and transform it to 2.0 sound for headphones the way that you can hear enemies in 3D.
They work really great with Apex Legends. Or you can use free "Windows sonic for headphones" as me. But it doesn't work so great as Dolby or DTS.
