I wish i would be that lucky in battles. But at this day, luck just wasn't on my side. I got no crits with a 40% chance, didn't dodge a single time and got crited by Diloracheirus. But at least i could beat the epic St. Patricks day event.
I went for Trykosaurus, and i already love this bad boy. It's so good. I now have so much DNA for him i could level it up to at least lvl 24, if i had the coins for that.
I also went for 1 Erlidominus and almost unlocked. I got like 200 DNA so i only need another 50 and that's no problem at all.
Lucky I need 20 freaking DNA to unlock Indorapter!!!!!

I loved the event. Brought me up from 3500 trophies to 4150 because of all the uniques I was able to buff up! :) That legendary incubator battle was rough... Being lower than you are, I just couldn't get more than two down. Had to go with the bleed tactic because nothing did enough damage. Keep up the good work bud! I love the JW: Alive vids!

Let's be honest, darting Tryko is actually easier than anyone expected. It doesn't have the tail shot, it's actually similar to Erlidom.

They are programmed to avoid using those moves, to keep the strike events easier

The two mistakes you made on your first master strike run were:
You should have kept Thor in to take out Tryk and then had an instant Charge up for the next Dino.
Second is you should have sacked Dracoceratops to Indo so your diloracheirus would have a setup turn and been able to take out the opposing diloracheirus
But nice plays on the second attempt

You didn't even need dracocera for that tower. I did it with 25 Thor, 23 tryko and 23 monostego
I almost done it with lvl 21 thor, lvl 21 tryko and lvl 15 sucho, if I got draco or alankylo I would won

It is good when the opponent is faster because when the opponent uses its turn you can stun it with a dinosaur that has stunning ability
I used 3 tries to unlock Erlidominus and then I tried to get Indoraptor with my last 2 tries which was hard and I came 30 dna short... wish I went for Trykosaurus because that unique is really good, I agree with the hit and miss of Erlidominus, Thor would have been really sweet to have

In the first battle with the level 30s you was faster with Thor you could’ve went for the biggest hit then whatever came in went for instant charge to get ahead on damage...

I used 4 attempts on Erlidominus (to unlock) and 1 attempt on Trykosaurus. Not much DNA per attempt due to my low player level and lack of skill, but one of the best events that Ludia's ever put on, for sure.
They should add drunken hobo to JW Alive!

I mainly went for the first unique I saw which was actually Trykosaurus (probably spelled that wrong) and it took me 4/5 to unlock it. Being only a level 13 I still get really happy and excited because it's my first unique dino and I love him.
You clutched it out in the end there. I've never seen such luck before. Ggs Beaver. I don't play this game myself, though I wish I did, but I recognize a good play when I see it.

Glad you enjoyed this event, I had a ton of fun with it too. I unlocked Trykosaurus from scratch (actually had an easier time with it than I usually do with T. rex) and got to finish unlocking Indoraptor, and thanks to the one epic incubator I could unlock was able to get enough Velociraptor DNA to bump Indo to 22.

On your first try, instead of switching to draco, you could have let utarinex die. Then Diloracheirus is faster than Indoraptor so you kill it (now you have a setup turn) than you do rampage into draco and it mightve been enough to kill it.
I loved this event it got me my first unique (erlidominus) from 0-250 and I'm only lvl 11

I really hope that dio gets a buff, perhaps more health and instead of distracting impact, switch to distracting rampage-and instead of shield maybe thagomizer or increase attack? Pinning strike could be shielding strike and I like the idea of swap in but I think it could be swap in invincibility- this hybrid should compete with tryko and be another tank-just my thought

I remember when these strike towers were playable, like fighting 1 level 30 indoraptor. But now the game expects me to be able to beat max level dinosaurs every week
Great video as always James! Honestly I realized Trykosaurus is just so cool, so I went for that twice, Thoradolasaurus twice, and Erlidominus once. Granted I only just recent got Indominus lvl 18😂 so the fact I got just over 150 DNA for Trykosaurus was pretty awesome

Beaver, Trykosaurus was really easy to dart! I was lvl 15 or 14 without VIP and I managed to unlock it (I had 0 DNA) and level it up to 22!
I lost twice on the hard one, but won on the easier one. It was intense, and I got yelled at for raging but it was all worth it in the end😁
Time to learn the names, Beaver. Tarbosinosaur is not okay 😂

With out even starting the ErliDominus, I was able to get it in three goes, and I am very happy I made that choice! the last two were indorapter finishing it for me

I'm fairly sure you could've won that first try at the strike event by using Dracoceratops's Regeneration after Acute Stun, swapping into Utarinex, then after utarinex was killed, swapping into Diloracheirus, then tanking the enemy Diloracheirus's Rampage and Run, while using Superiority Strike, then while you were faster than the enemy using your own Rampage and Run into the Swap-in Shattering Rampage of your Dracoceratops.
For the next Isle video if you do one. In to try to live life as an Indominus Rex. I'm still working on the Indoraptor storyline thing

I wanted the Trykosaurus so bad - I used all 5 attempts on it! 😝
For the 99% who couldn’t do these battles, than this video was basically “what if I won” scenario XD
I I went from having no trykosaurus DNA to having a level 24 just barely under a level 25 with only three attempts. One attempt was for me to unlock Diorajasaur and one attempt at the Erlidominus to also unlock it.
I loved the event I almost have indoraptor without a level 20 indominus and a level 20 velociraptor

I got Erlidom L12. Plus I got further with the Level 30 strike on the free attempt with level 17ish creatures!
I was trying to go for Indoraptor but none spawned near me....Almost got Thor. As soon as i used all of my attempts a bloody Indoraptor reared it's head 😤
