    Joe, I don't have any smoked Brisket, but I do have other options, some ground beef and Ribeye steaks. Think I'll go with using the steaks, bet it'll be no complaints, only compliments. Thanks for sharing friend!

    Joe, this is an amazing recipe! I am a huge fan of the poblano pepper. If I'm making bacon cheeseburgers, I always char poblano pepper to put on top. They also kick ass on a club sandwich with smoked turkey, bacon, L, T, mayo and good cheddar.

    I tried these pellets at Russ Jones recommendation. They are pretty good. A lot of smoke at 180 deg. Very nice. The one downfall I think is they produce more ash. Good stuff all things considered.

    Definitely looks delicious! I was thinking that maybe adding just a bit of some ranch dressing on the top would really be good or simply adding the ranch powder to the mix prior to stuffing them, that would definitely add lots more flavor and a creamy texture.

    Thanks Joe! Now I have have another way to use my leftover brisket, however I can't seem to grill veggies without throwing in some scallions. Typically I roast the larger ones none larger than a golfball. Traveling down south, I was introduced to biting the heads off with salt and lime juice then slamming a beer. Try it, I swear its so easy to do.

    I was like, omg, this is going to be great! I did order and receive Smokin Pecan Pellets from another video you made. People, these are great ! Clean smoke at all temperatures! The only thing is they have a lot of dust in the bag. Hopefully, quality control will fix this! Great flavor! Thanks Smokin Joe!

      Some can be. I remember as a kid growing up my mom and aunt would always use poblano peppers for chile rellenos and I used to always get the spicy ones. Thanks for watching.
