No, I don't do yoga as I don't enjoy it very much! I just try to take a few minutes to stretch everything every day. In terms of exercise, I walk a LOT because we don't have a car and I work on my feet all day at my job too. No gym or other routine though!
Love your videos! But just curious, have u done a blood test and checked your glucose levels? Btw soap doesnt go down the drain, it does get through your skin and into your bloodstream :(
@@jjjjoijfhdb haha no worries :) I asked her about her blood test/glucose because she consumed alot of sweets and I’m curious if it does affect insulin. Cuz if not I wanna eat like her too haha ;) I also commented about the soap because she bought palm olive soap and said she doesnt care about products that go down the drain. But in reality everything we consume, both externally and internally have an impact on our health.
