Thats what happened to me at a camp. they had about 3 hours of "training" for the goalies and they rest was pretty much just getting tossed in the net. Came home looking like a cheetah after. But keep in mind this was in illinois about 9 years ago so the quality of camps in state werent the highest youll see in th counrty

Just keep your head up and learn from what happened. Try to focus on making the next big save to give your team the edge. In lacrosse the player is supposed to score, it’s your job to lower the average a bit. The more you play and focus the better you will get at lowering that players scoring percentage. Getting upset and dwelling on one goal will weigh on you in the game and you’ll play worse because you’ll doubt yourself, always believe in yourself and count on your team to get that one back 👍🏻

I think that it would really help out lacrosse in my area, and the tournament itself if you could come down to play. it's on Saturday and Sunday on July 29-30 this year. Make sure your shoulder pads have a sternum pad and don't cheap out on your stick. Make sure your stick is well strung too.
