Like it or hate it "dancing queen " is, or will be a classic. I live 8 mile away from Brighton, UK, where ABBA won the Eurovision. so many people have tried to sing this song including HSCC and failed miserably. But this performance, in my eyes is the best performance SIL has released, pure perfection, very very well done..

I assume he's reading sheet music, or maybe tab. Lots of bass players could learn the arrangement by ear, but I think _reading_ is what sets really great session musicians apart from the rest of us. Damien always gets the groove just right, with an excellent sound. My advice to anyone just starting out learning guitar? Learn to read the dots! I have a few regrets in life, one of which is not learning to read music when I was a teenager.

Thank you ladies. I am sitting here with my Bose headphones crying listening to this. I am 65 years old and this takes me back to the mid seventies and all the music of that time. People don't realize or a lot of them don't that music is so powerful and can take you into the past for good or bad. It can make you remember things good and bad you had forgotten. This song is a good memory for me like all the ABBA music was and is. Your harmonies are absolutely spot on and whoever is on bass they are fantastic. Nothing fancy just not missing a note. Everything simply flows. Nikki and Chloe are so beautiful both with an angels voice. Just close your eyes and let the music take you away...

What a breath of fresh air…you just took me back to my childhood bedroom and 1976 when I worshiped ABBA and the Bee Gee’s and my bedroom floor was a disco and I would practice my Travolta dance fever moves in my mirror and I ruled the floor. What a wonderful rendition and those harmonies fit the beautiful faces. That era was such a great time to be young and so alive!!!! Thank you Sing It Live!!!!

You guys are a blessing from God to me 🥹. I'm 62 and this is the year that I finally started feeling my age after I suffered a pulmonary embolism.. Before I always felt younger and could take on any project put before me. Now I struggle everyday just to want to get up. Music is the one thing that I have found that can take my mind to a special place and time in my life. Music to me is like a magic time machine. I graduated high school in 1980 so all the music your band performs is during the greatest years of my life. I can't thank all of you enough for the smiles and good feeling you bring back to my life 🥹❤️

Totally agreed. The arranger made a vital change that backfired. And the vocals were disappointing as well. It was one of those rare performances that I found difficult to sit through. What a waste for the effort put in by all those involved.

The production is supreme with every instrument clearly audible and well balanced. Damien as always keeps that rhythm grooving with that unique ABBA bass sound, and the two dancing queens up-front putting the icing on the cake. It's a joy to listen to this song.

Always happy to see a new upload frm Sing it Live. My favourite band of all time. Forget them being a cover band, these musicians with much dedication to the perfection of each song puts them top in my book, and as for the harmonizing of Nikki and Chloe, how they sound as good as the Abba girls when i am sure the original songs vocals were overdubbed many time. Pefection is Sing it Live.

When a deceptively difficult song, is made to seem “easy” by professionals. Loved Stuart doing Benny parts.

Ok, it's been a few days, but when I first heard this in my car where I couldn't see the screen, I knew right away who the rhythm section was! @Damo - one of your top performances and Mario, you guys are so in the pocket and you make this groove better than anything I've ever heard (and maybe the original, dare I say?) Everyone else is bang on, and Nikki and Chloe, wow!! Love the piano, and Darren, dude, way to pull off a great string reduction! @Crafty - right where you need to be, nothing more, nothing less. And the production puts everything right where I want to hear it, escpecialy the prominent bass line. A hit for sure!
