This car is incredible. I've been driving it for the last few days and i was smiling from ear to ear. The immersion is through the roof. The car invites you to throw it around and feels lik a go-kart on steroids. I love the sound of the Ford engine and i think having simulated active suspension and all makes for an exciting and realistic experience. Combined with the historic tracks this is wonderful stuff. Yesterday i did Jerez with the AI on 110% and i qualified 2nd. I have to work on my concentration, driving this car on the limit for many laps is demanding. But wow, i sure felt like i was Mika Hakkinen trying to beat Senna (Senna still beat me with 4 tenths of a second lol). 4:31 I see what you did there ;-) That looks almost real, geez.
@antdunning590 I have several times, it wasn’t a problem. The reason why I stopped doing it for a while, was that the ai weren’t affected by deep puddles, whilst your car would aquaplane every time. A good time to test if it’s been fixed, I guess.

@@GregzVR awesome, thank you. Yeah the inbuilt helmet shows up in vr, but at least for me on quest 2 right now its bugged and shows flickering around the bottom in both eyes, so i was wondering. And in the past I think with fov enabled dirt and rain didn't become blurred.
UDP sharing, the tab is under options between triple screen setup and VR, if I remember correct. top1 set to PCars2; bottom set to PCars1, this will allow/enable CrewChief and SimHub.

It's a custom overlay I add during editing yeah. There is a built-in helmet effect thing, but I don't use it, and I'm not sure it it shows up in VR.

When you set aggression to maximum it overrides the ai driver aggression file. Which is probably why Andretti is, doing well…

my crew chief is not working in AMS :(
Pretty sure there's a setting in AMS2 which you need to switch to project cars 2 in order for crew chief to work 👍
