I loved all of your theories and honestly, I kinda wish some of them were true. But anyway: FEATHERKIT'S STORY (So far) Featherkit was born as the last of her litter and since her mother was really tired, it was Poppycloud's job to clean her up. As he did, he notice that the more he licked, the more bloody the kit got. At first he got scared that she might be wounded, but as more blood pooled from underneath the kit he realized it was a vison from Starclan (That's the last scene of the PMV). Soon, he heard a voice telling him that Featherkit will destroy the clans if not stopped. This worried Poppycloud, but he thought he could change the future if he takes Featherkit Under his wing and befriends her. That's what happends and the little she-cat starts viewing him as sort of an order brother. He teaches her how to heal and what herbs are for. One day when taking a stroll around the camp, he notices Featherkit walking into a camp with a yew branch. As he realizes her siblings are nowhere to be found, dread starts creeping in
my theory is simply that featherkit wants to be a medicine cat like poppycloud, he encourages her on it, leading her to believe that she can try healing cats but she ends up feeding deathberries to a queen who eventually dies after giving birth (not sure if the kitten is stillborn or alive, just in a pool of mom’s blood), and poppycloud has a vision that featherkit might grow up evil/twisted after that or realises that she was already born a sociopath cause he sees that she feels no remorse?

And also, sociopathy is not a diagnosis, someone can be born a 'sociopath' in that they are born with APD (antisocial personality disorder). And I'm pretty sure this person was speaking casually, and in casual converstation people tend to use the terms interchangeably.

Honestly I think you're the only person who's managed to write a Dark Forest kit who actually deserved to go there. The youngest I've managed is apprentice, and even then they didn't exactly deserve it (they could see how kits were going to die according to StarClan, and because they were a med cat apprentice they had access to poisons to end off the ones he felt had their deaths too violent and painful quickly). I feel like Sparrowmask (the OC in question) would be terrified of Featherkit at first, then calm down a bit because it's not one of the kits he killed, then climb up one of the infinite Dark Forest trees after finding out what Featherkit did, not caring that he'll never reach the top.
My theory is that poppycloud had a vision from starclan that featherkit will be evil so he took her under his wing (and maybe even featherkit shows intrest in medicine herself too) from a very young age because poppy thinks he can prevent the bad things feather is going to do, she is just a kit? Right? She can't be evil from the birth. But unfortunately poppy builds a too deep trust for feather and is letting her help with patients and she took this opportunity and fed death berries to some sick newborn/their mother what led to the death of the kit/the mother and the kit and this haunts poppycloud

Which is why they kept the kit alive and took them under their wing because they couldn't see their own child being evil/refused to kill them and could possibly lead them to good. Sort of like Yellowfang's and/or Pinestar's situation. EDIT: Their markings are sort of similar as well but I have no clue if that actually has any correlation.

around 0:12, there is one frame with a cats mouth, with what i assume is blood or the remainings of a chewed deathberry around it. so i beleive featherkit killed the kit, and Poppycloud couldnt prevent featherkits evil ways. around 0:15 there is a figure you can see. i beleive featherkit may be a reincarnation of an evil cat, that looks identical, and that is showing that ghostly cat, probobly in the dark forest (if there is one in this story). or, that is featherkit, in the dark forest i guess? everyone is saying that, but id like to think otherwise. im going to also agree with Kht Avana and just adding these things. Theory two: the simplistic style Featherkit and the realisticly looking featherkit are two different kits, with mostly the same markings. i feel like Poppycloud had a kit, but it was the one with the realistic drawn one, and it had evil intentions. it killed someone with a deathberry. Poppycloud killed it, and had another kit. this was the simplistic style featherkit. he hoped that this one wouldnt be evil like the first featherkit. aaaand idk what happened next in this theory. Also! the dead kit had the same markings as Featherkit. maybe Featherkit killed an actual warrior, and then got killed by Poppycloud and Featherkit is the dead kit in the last shot? though, that kit is quite small compared to the other versions of featherkit ok final theory sorry i am really over thinking things, the audio! featherkit is Poppyclouds younger sister. and she thought that she was being just like him when grabbing that interesting berry branch and feeding it to one of the patients, trying to be just like poppycloud, not knowing it was bad. as a kit, she didnt know any better. i hope you like my theories, i feel really proud about them.
Adding on to and changing @Kht Avana's theory, I feel like Poppycloud ends up killing Featherkit after feeling he was doing the wrong thing by keeping her alive after thinking she was going to do something with the death berries she had... but immediately regrets it, and it haunts him.
You mentioned before that you headcanon dark forest cats to have appearances based on their crimes! Since Featherkit has bird wings, my theory is that she used the yewberries to poison fresh kill and fed them to her siblings? (My initial theory is that she used the berries to attract prey such as small birds to then further attract more predatory animals to the clan, but then I realised that might be a bit too complicated ^^;)
I like how it gets more realistic at the end. Does this mean that it wasn’t much of a reality when Poppy thought that he could help Feather? Pretty cool either way
My theory: Featherkit was close to Poppycloud, who saved her when she was born, when her mother died. And then Featherkit, after being alone in the medicine den for a few minutes, found some deathberries, and not knowing what they were, she proceeded to feed them to cats while thinking she was healing them. And the last image is a flashback from Poppycloud, thinking about how the deaths of x amount of riverclan cats could have been prevented if only Featherkit had died when she was born.
Feather kit is poppyclouds daughter and that’s not allowed bc he is med cat, and there is a prophecy about her feeding someone death berries, or a prophecy about something bad in her future, she was either caught and killed so save the life of others, or she was killed before to prevent anything from happening. Can I tell my oc story? Imma tell it I dun care, I'm telling it, right now Deathfeather's story so far: So the main reason she was called Deathkit is because she quote on quote "Survived death" as in, she died and came back to life at not even one moon, because of that she grew up weaker than her siblings but always had great fighting moves. Now the actual story: As she was born her mother Brighshine was extremely tired from giving birth to nine kits, so her friend Nightcloud was left to licking the kits as well as Jayleaf, Daylight, Shadowlight, and Flipfur, but unfortunately one of those kits was not breathing which scared Brightshine and her clan-mates. Her father in Windclan (Nightkiller) didn't like her and her older brother also in Windclan (Whiteclaw) always came to the border and played with his siblings as Brightshine watched when they was older, one night Moonkit (Her name before Deathkit) decided to sneak out of camp without making a sound and found some bright red berries and wanted to take them to Seedtail as an herb, she picked up some stems of the yew (Or Holly but people keep calling them yew) berries knowing they could make her throw up but not knowing they were deathberries. As she went back to camp she saw a mouse and set down the yew and darted after the mouse and wound up catching it. She picked up the yew and her and headed back to camp, but she wanted to catch more fresh kill and during that she came across a fox. Growling at it she swiped at it. But the fox bit her foreleg and she tried to go back to camp, and this is how she "Survived death." (I'll write more later) More to the story: She was slowed and couldn't get there fast enough, making the fox able to scratch at her like she was a scratching post, but then a cat of Thunderclan crossed the border (Cuz meh was close to it) and yanked it off her and fought it. Being very weak and vulnerable she attempted to back away but when the fox got tired and left the Thunderclan cat picked her up and brought her to camp, setting her in the med. cat den and prodded Seedtail awake. "I found this being attacked by a fox" the Thunderclan cat mewed. After being treated everything was fine after that. Apprentice: She was renamed Deathkit after the incident and later became an Apprentice for Seedtail. As Deathpaw sorted Juniper and asked Seedtail if there was anything else she could do. (Again, I'll do more later)
Poppyfrost had child before Featherkit. Sadly little one died because of an accident. He had another kitten with unknown she cat. Starclan punished him by cursing Featherkit. I think what happened was, the brown cat, had a kitten but wasn't supposed to cause she was a medicine cat. And as she was giving birth, the kitten died and she continued onto her duties. Then she got an apprentice who looked exactly like her kitten, and was horrified because the kittens eyes reminded her of her past kitten. And it's possible the cat is a reincarnation of her kitten but the apprentice was evil

Poppy'Cloud goes to the forest to find some poppy seeds and curiously Feather'Kit sneaks to the medicine den without anyone noticing and saw death berries without knowing she thinks it is just a normal berry and puts in a Random prey on the fresh kill pile and give for some unknown cats Later Poppy'Cloud comes back from getting poppy seeds and cat mint and drops them shocked with alot of cats runnning away scared that was just happend Poppy'Cloud was scared and shocked and regretted for not listening to Starclan (Edit)Feather kit's death After Wind clan being accused for stealing Thunder clan's Prey so both of clans starts a fight one of thunder clan's warriors acidentally clawed Feather'Kit face(wrich explain why she had alot of wings covered her face at dark forest) and she slowy died
So what I've gathered is that poppycloud had a vision of featherkit being evil and he thinks he can prevent her from becoming evil and trusts her too much just like Kht Avana said. The kit at the end appears to be featherkit when she was just born and not a kit she murdered so I assume her mother died during the birth so poppycloud takes her in like an older brother/father figure relationship? But she still ends up presumably putting deathberries in the freshkill pile or something like that? There are cats running in one of the shots of her holding the deathberries and I repeatedly paused and unpaused to find a couple of frames of a cat frothing at the mouth like they had eaten deathberries. So I assume poppycloud saved her life after her mother died for whatever reason, took her in and then she put deathberries in the freshkill pile or fed them to an unsuspecting cat? The real question is how far the lyrics fit the story you're telling. Did poppycloud do something bad like featherkit did or is it just referring to her wanting to be a medicine cat like him?
The only thing that I dont think we can work out from this video is who poppyfrost is talking to in the description. It might have been the clan leader or maybe another medicine cat in his clan

Theory two: the simplistic style Featherkit and the realisticly looking featherkit are two different kits, with mostly the same markings. i feel like Poppycloud had a kit, but it was the one with the realistic drawn one, and it had evil intentions. it killed someone with a deathberry.
Poppycloud killed it, and had another kit. this was the simplistic style featherkit. he hoped that this one wouldnt be evil like the first featherkit. aaaand idk what happened next in this theory.
Also! the dead kit had the same markings as Featherkit. maybe Featherkit killed an actual warrior, and then got killed by Poppycloud and Featherkit is the dead kit in the last shot? though, that kit is quite small compared to the other versions of featherkit

featherkit is Poppyclouds younger sister. and she thought that she was being just like him when grabbing that interesting berry branch and feeding it to one of the patients, trying to be just like poppycloud, not knowing it was bad. as a kit, she didnt know any better.

Adding on to and changing @Kht Avana's theory, I feel like Poppycloud ends up killing Featherkit after feeling he was doing the wrong thing by keeping her alive after thinking she was going to do something with the death berries she had... but immediately regrets it, and it haunts him.

You mentioned before that you headcanon dark forest cats to have appearances based on their crimes! Since Featherkit has bird wings, my theory is that she used the yewberries to poison fresh kill and fed them to her siblings? (My initial theory is that she used the berries to attract prey such as small birds to then further attract more predatory animals to the clan, but then I realised that might be a bit too complicated ^^;)
I like how it gets more realistic at the end. Does this mean that it wasn’t much of a reality when Poppy thought that he could help Feather? Pretty cool either way

My theory: Featherkit was close to Poppycloud, who saved her when she was born, when her mother died. And then Featherkit, after being alone in the medicine den for a few minutes, found some deathberries, and not knowing what they were, she proceeded to feed them to cats while thinking she was healing them. And the last image is a flashback from Poppycloud, thinking about how the deaths of x amount of riverclan cats could have been prevented if only Featherkit had died when she was born.

Feather kit is poppyclouds daughter and that’s not allowed bc he is med cat, and there is a prophecy about her feeding someone death berries, or a prophecy about something bad in her future, she was either caught and killed so save the life of others, or she was killed before to prevent anything from happening.

Deathfeather's story so far:
So the main reason she was called Deathkit is because she quote on quote "Survived death" as in, she died and came back to life at not even one moon, because of that she grew up weaker than her siblings but always had great fighting moves.
Now the actual story:
As she was born her mother Brighshine was extremely tired from giving birth to nine kits, so her friend Nightcloud was left to licking the kits as well as Jayleaf, Daylight, Shadowlight, and Flipfur, but unfortunately one of those kits was not breathing which scared Brightshine and her clan-mates. Her father in Windclan (Nightkiller) didn't like her and her older brother also in Windclan (Whiteclaw) always came to the border and played with his siblings as Brightshine watched when they was older, one night Moonkit (Her name before Deathkit) decided to sneak out of camp without making a sound and found some bright red berries and wanted to take them to Seedtail as an herb, she picked up some stems of the yew (Or Holly but people keep calling them yew) berries knowing they could make her throw up but not knowing they were deathberries. As she went back to camp she saw a mouse and set down the yew and darted after the mouse and wound up catching it. She picked up the yew and her and headed back to camp, but she wanted to catch more fresh kill and during that she came across a fox. Growling at it she swiped at it. But the fox bit her foreleg and she tried to go back to camp, and this is how she "Survived death." (I'll write more later)
More to the story:
She was slowed and couldn't get there fast enough, making the fox able to scratch at her like she was a scratching post, but then a cat of Thunderclan crossed the border (Cuz meh was close to it) and yanked it off her and fought it. Being very weak and vulnerable she attempted to back away but when the fox got tired and left the Thunderclan cat picked her up and brought her to camp, setting her in the med. cat den and prodded Seedtail awake. "I found this being attacked by a fox" the Thunderclan cat mewed. After being treated everything was fine after that.
Apprentice: She was renamed Deathkit after the incident and later became an Apprentice for Seedtail. As Deathpaw sorted Juniper and asked Seedtail if there was anything else she could do.

Poppyfrost had child before Featherkit. Sadly little one died because of an accident. He had another kitten with unknown she cat. Starclan punished him by cursing Featherkit. She might drop dead berries into the prey, forcing Poppy to kill her. Or
Featherkit is child of his sister/brother. Her parents are dead that's why he had such strong relationship with her. But sadly Featherkit wanted revenge on her clanmates. Her parents died on battle/because of accident durning patrol. Poppy couldn't stop her that's why kitten got killed. Meaby kit in his paw is his sister, potraited as kitten to show his lose. Frist sister then her child.

I think what happened was, the brown cat, had a kitten but wasn't supposed to cause she was a medicine cat. And as she was giving birth, the kitten died and she continued onto her duties. Then she got an apprentice who looked exactly like her kitten, and was horrified because the kittens eyes reminded her of her past kitten. And it's possible the cat is a reincarnation of her kitten but the apprentice was evil

Later on Poppy'Cloud goes to moonstone to talk to starclan and gives a sign in future feather'kit will be evil somehow and destroy Wind clan and other clans. Poppy'Cloud didnt really belived cause she was a innocent kit
Feather kit walking out to the nursery she saw Poppy'Cloud searching some herbs and saws him as a brother figure and wanted to be just like him, a medicine cat she tried to talk to poppy if he could mentor her but, anyways she was a bit too young and she has to wait to be 6 moons then feather gets a bit angry.
Poppy'Cloud goes to the forest to find some poppy seeds and curiously Feather'Kit sneaks to the medicine den without anyone noticing and saw death berries without knowing she thinks it is just a normal berry and puts in a Random prey on the fresh kill pile and give for some unknown cats
Later Poppy'Cloud comes back from getting poppy seeds and cat mint and drops them shocked with alot of cats runnning away scared that was just happend
Poppy'Cloud was scared and shocked and regretted for not listening to Starclan

After Wind clan being accused for stealing Thunder clan's Prey so both of clans starts a fight one of thunder clan's warriors acidentally clawed Feather'Kit face(wrich explain why she had alot of wings covered her face at dark forest) and she slowy died
So what I've gathered is that poppycloud had a vision of featherkit being evil and he thinks he can prevent her from becoming evil and trusts her too much just like Kht Avana said. The kit at the end appears to be featherkit when she was just born and not a kit she murdered so I assume her mother died during the birth so poppycloud takes her in like an older brother/father figure relationship? But she still ends up presumably putting deathberries in the freshkill pile or something like that? There are cats running in one of the shots of her holding the deathberries and I repeatedly paused and unpaused to find a couple of frames of a cat frothing at the mouth like they had eaten deathberries. So I assume poppycloud saved her life after her mother died for whatever reason, took her in and then she put deathberries in the freshkill pile or fed them to an unsuspecting cat? The real question is how far the lyrics fit the story you're telling. Did poppycloud do something bad like featherkit did or is it just referring to her wanting to be a medicine cat like him?
The only thing that I dont think we can work out from this video is who poppyfrost is talking to in the description. It might have been the clan leader or maybe another medicine cat in his clan
