People just using the excuse that she has good genetics don't realize that this girl's job is to be beautiful. As a model, she puts in a lot of work into her appearance as it is essential to her career. If she was lazy, unkempt, didn't use any beauty products (hair, skin, etc) and was a hundred pounds heavier, she would look like a completely different person. Making excuses isn't helping anybody. If you want to be beautiful and confident, then do it! Exercise, eat better, sleep more, and use products that suit your skin type. Also pay attention to your hair and clothing - both can dramatically affect your appearance. Everybody has good genetics, it wouldn't make sense for anybody in this day and age to have bad genetics. You just have to put effort in, but that's always the hard part.

you should research microbeads (polyethylene) and their effects on the environment. They're in a lot of exfoliants and I'm pretty sure they're in that Olay one. They're really bad for the environment and there's lots of alternatives! No hate! Just trying to spread awareness :)

You should try contraceptive pills that helps against acne I take estrelen (I live in Sweden) not sure what the generic name is of that contraceptive pill but it helped me a lot. I have never had perfect skin like this without any breakout or pimples before in my entire life all it took was 4 months of those pills and now I only get onw pimple a month when I'm on my period otherwise - no pimples all other days.

I purchase rosehip oil from an alternative health store and massage it all over my face after a shower. I highly recommend it for hydration and anti-aging. It's packed with nutrients and I'm always asked the same questions, "what highlighter do you use?" etc..
i love using coconut oil as a makeup remover, just massage it into the face and let it sit for like a minute. it works wonders. also, i use a rose water witch hazel (thayers brand) as a toner and a sulfur face soap day and night. The face soap is definitely my game changer though. i've also recently tried a sample of a mushroom face serum from origins and am sure as hell buying a full sized bottle next pay day cuz that shit made my skin so freaking smooth and supple. aside from vitamins, make sure to also drink plenty of water and get enough rest. btw, I have a sensitive, oily/combination skin type
I use adapalene gel too! In case anyone in the comments is thinking about using the gel, please be careful when you first use it and only a use a very small amount every other day until your skin gets used to it! You don't need much to make a huge difference in your skin, and it's very easy to over apply and get chemical burns from it. (This happened the first time I used it and it was very painful and took a full week to heal my skin) Always make sure to apply a good moisturizer as well both day and night when you're using the gel to help prevent burns :) (even if you have oily skin like me moisturizing is very important!!!)

I changed because the Bellina pill is less "dangerous" for your health and I'm still quite young. They did tell me that the Bellina pill was less effective, I'll see if it works for me, I guess!

for people looking for a good cleanser- try the neutrogena hydro boost gel face wash. it is gentle and non-irritating. i have super sensitive skin and it has been amazing for me. also, i follow a dermatologist who recommended that i try cerave daily moisturizer and i have really liked that as well. i use to get really bad cystic acne all over my face (from hormonal issues) and using these products has helped me immensely. good luck to everyone on their skin care journey!

Oh and I never wear bb cream and all of that (just mascara, a brow pencil and sometimes lipstick). My skin is really bad tbh...(I've been taking the pill for my acne for over 2 years and it didn't really got better). Whenever I put bb cream on, you can see that my skin is really dry, even though I moisturised my skin just before..I just need to wait until my skin gets better, I guess.:/

Jorgia Long I used to be on Diane-35 but recently I switched to Bellina (just started my second blister pack so I can't see the difference yet). I changed because the Bellina pill is less "dangerous" for your health and I'm still quite young. They did tell me that the Bellina pill was less effective, I'll see if it works for me, I guess!
Valentina YL I'm taking zenchent fe I tried two other ones before this one I haven't seen a difference in my skin yet either but mine is also very mild since I'm also still young. Some of the stronger birth controls made me really sick.

for people looking for a good cleanser- try the neutrogena hydro boost gel face wash. it is gentle and non-irritating. i have super sensitive skin and it has been amazing for me. also, i follow a dermatologist who recommended that i try cerave daily moisturizer and i have really liked that as well. i use to get really bad cystic acne all over my face (from hormonal issues) and using these products has helped me immensely. good luck to everyone on their skin care journey!

Queén Irís You don't need to have bad skin to go to a dermatologist it's just as long as you're really concerned with the health of your skin. Kinda like how you don't need bad teeth to go to the dentist :)
