I recommend taking notes, or screenshots in some software like Pureref, its a lifesaver, otherwise month passes and you have to go back and watch a video because you forgot that one node or how to get specific result
Extremely late to the party, but for anyone having this issue, change the Pattern Distribution Mode of the Floodfill Mapper Greyscale to "Distribute Map Input"
I'm a huge fan of what you do! Super creative and ingenious materials and textures! I tried following your tutorials, but I have an issue since the Ambient Occlusion output node isn't showing by default. Do I need to create it myself? I tried changing the graph template, but none of those include an Ambient occlusion map. Where could I research more about it? I'm going bananas here :(
It comes by choosing the PBR(metallic/roughness) graph template. If not, just duplicate an existing output and under properties change it to Usage-Ambient occlusion. Then drag that output to the 3d view and choose ambient occlusion
When i put the spot of perlin noise in the point of warp, warp became sky-blue and then when i put it in the flood fill mapper grayscale nothing happen :c
really? that's really strange there should be no color change since they are gray scale nodes.

@@3dextrude I thin i fixed it. I clicked in the node and selected view output in 2D view... because sometimes the image dissapear and i only see the node color... i'm totally new in this program so maybe is a stupid basic thing. Thank you for the answer

Lovely result!
Thank you! 😊
Looks amazing! Thanks for sharing
Thanks for watching!
Nice! I still struggle to keep the node graph small and optimized.
No worries, the graph doesn't necessarily need to be small as it depends on the material.
