What if I want to Target certain demographics for example dentist , doctor etc. I cannot target them through demographics only because of less number of people writing in their feeds
Hello, if you want you can target from interest and behavior if it is not from demographics. However, according to this video, create good creatives, good headlines, good cta, and Meta will automatically send the real person towards your ad. I feel you can do A/B testing of broad audiences and narrowed down audiences and see which will work better?

Nearest cities ko exclude kardo ya jis cities ko target kar rahe ho uske objective select karo only who staying in cities. But better hai k nearest exclude karo
Mai ad run kar raha hu lekin mere ad ki reach 3000/daily se jyada nahi aa rahi aur meta me ad run krne se pehle show hota hai 8.6k to 36 Koi hai kya mai ka lal is problem ka solution de sake!

Simply go to advance location option and select target within the location..this will help you narrow down your audience
