- A cat named Sesame runs a successful bakery alone, but the stress is starting to get to him! Now he must learn how to accept some help!
I Knead You is Rutgers Animation Club's short film for the 2023-24 school year. Over 30 students of all skill levels and backgrounds worked together to pitch, workshop, storyboard, and animate the film throughout the year.

I highly appreciate the little detail that they immediately stopped arguing when their kiddo got in the room, like even if having issues they still refuse to let him see it. A precious moment of strength for this little family!

@@MajdSaleh-t7d I wrote the music between 3:50 and 8:55, Kai did the beginning until that point and Elliot did the credits music, but we all collaborated on the themes and motifs

I like how clear it is that these are different people animating different scenes. Perhaps it's inconsistent, but it has a charm to it that's sweet in a way. I'd love to see more works like this.

Great work. The story is told so clearly through the character animation. From a former RU Animator-- congrats! Amazing to see the club still bringing in lots of members to make cool stuff.
This is a heartwarming video, instead of seperating they end up working together as a team.
The music adds so much it turned out great.

I wonder what the fully clothed cats feel about the cats not wearing pants.
I fell its a style choice like stripes or polka dots
I think some animals just choose to not wear pants or maybe they can’t because how they look
Since cats are known to exhibit autistic behaviors I think the fully clothed cats would understand the sensory issues pants give them

I love the timing of everything in the story, the climax when our protagonist hugs their child, I also love the music and your character designs so much, it just brings everything together. I think this might be one of my favorite animations especially with the story telling, the thought of work becoming too much a part of your life but with others to help lighten the load, the burden, well done,

At first I thought it was going to be some kind of horror animation but realized a few minutes in that its not a horror animation instead an animation to help people potentially realize they might have some trouble but after he accidentally destroyed his pillow and started to pet his son I thought it was a horror animation but now im glad I watched this

Cat antics such as kneading being a trait they never lose after kneading for milk from their mothers is something we all seem to love for some reason, haha.
