Diddy seems like such a bad match up for Incineroar, I’ve never encountered it before but Diddy being so quick and slippery is so good for him. Sad to see SkyJay go, love seeing him play and seeing my Main get the love he deserves.

Yeah it's a pretty awful match up.. Diddy Kong it's just way too fast for incinerator. Diddy also has ridiculous punish game on incineroar. Plus diddy's combos work really well on incineroar

@@BayAreaPEV I'm noticing that a lot of plat-former characters are really good at edge guarding. Sonic, Banjo, Mega-man, Pit, and of course the funny Monkey.

@@woooyeahfunkytime4088 Almoat of of their normals and aerials are the same but different sizes.
However, diddy-kong is faster, has a better command grab, his recovery is better, and has banana instead of counter
These two have similar kits, but Incineroar got the worse end of the stick

Bruh one thing i noticed about SkyJay, if he whiffs a move that he *really* wanted to hit, then he becomes DETERMINED to land that bih
Also his DI needs alot of work jeez some of those deaths were atrocious. People always blame the characters but if youre playing a "supposed" low tier then ya gotta be tight on everything else
Also, it's 202X ya gotta get a secondary. I dont get it, if the best player in the world has secondaries, what makes people think they can do their best as a Solo Main?

However if your goal is to be the best you can be, then you ABSOLUTELY need a secondary. Bruh if the literal best player in the world uses secondaries for matchup purposes then you do to
@@jdrmanmusiqking true but depends on the character, id say a good small handful are okay without secondaries. but if you’re a low/mid tier player then you def need a secondary unless you just wanna be the one trick guy

The only 2 characters ya wouldnt need a secondary are Sonic and Steve due to their tool kits. Maybe like 3 more at most. But even still, having a secondary that covers your 5-5 matchups objectively makes going through bracket less stressful
If youre actually trying to be the best you can be, then ya have to understand that everyone has a mental tank. Top tier players have a much larger but still finite amount of stress they can take so reducing that by even a small margin by picking a better character *for the matchup* goes a long way
