well,if theres something apart from Pistols/Profs/Ramones/Cheap Trick i can say is really my type of "thing",,its this band. i fuckin love them. this album ,,to me, is just fuckin outstanding from start to finish, without a bad track on it. at one point, i had abut 6 copies. cos every single time i saw it for like 20p,,i bought one to give away! when i was living in Texas i tracked the singer fella down online, and had a nice wee emails exchange wi him for a while about the band. he was genuinely delighted that anybody, especially from Scotland would be so into it and take the time to find him and tell him!
I got this album when my uncle bought a box of cassettes at a yard sale. It was the only one that had an interesting cover. I played it until it broke. I never could find it again.
Wow, thanks for sharing! This central Illinois band rocked so hard. Worked with them a couple times at the Ivanhoe, in the Pekin Mall. If only there was good upload of Imagine Me {hint, hint}!! Or, the rest of the album! I Play for You written by the legendary Gregg Clemons, a staple of rock in the Midwest for years!
+Scott Ritchason I sold you my copy and it had a crack in it and had to pay you back. I bought it again for $9.99 on CD from Perris Records in TN. They had a whole bunch of Japanese imports they were blowing out. Mostly Point Blank but this was one of them. Glad I found it. I don't want to give my name but I was the one you ordered Venom albums for when you worked at J.R.'s in Pekin.
"I Play For You" is one of my all time favorite songs. I'm only 29, but grew up around the song as the writer Gregg Clemons was friends with my parents prior to my being born. This was their favorite "slow" song as the original is much, much more of a ballad than the Screams version. My parents played it a countless times around me when I was a kid. I know Brad was in other bands with Gregg and Mike Isenberg and the like in the Peoria and Champaign areas :) Thanks again!
absolutely fantastic! i have LOVED this album, ever since i found it in a grimy wee 2nd hand store maybe 20 years ago. since then, anytime i see a copy, i buy it! so i think i have 3 copies left, having given copies to many friends over the years! THEY SHOULDVE BEEN MASSIVE!
@dereckvon Cool...thanks for the update on Brad...I'll edit that into the "info" section above :) Not sure what possessed me to upload this, as it does seem to stray from the norm with regards to my usual. But I've always liked these guys, & the many other Power Pop bands of the last 40 years. I was digging through a couple boxes of vinyl I had stored away, and stumbled upon this...played it for the first time in 20 years or so...and before I knew it I was opening Windows Movie Maker, Lol.
@CAUTIONmagneticable well, unfortunately, my grandma (his sister) passed away and I saw him comment on a facebook group and was trying to figure out who he was and I discovered it.

"Screams" with joy!...Lol.....that's really cool! How did you find out?
Can you upload Pop Art? Really the whole album, have been looking for it for decades
I got the cassette in a cut-out bin in '83...any chance you can upload "It's Only Money" and "It's Just A Matter Of Time"?
Sorry I've no clue why those mystery symbols
appear?
