you picked quite the first ERB to watch. Glad it was this one so you were able to experience even more seeing the size of your playlist. Excited to watch more next. Good reactions, not too long to pause and commentate a sick bar/burn like some others do. Good balance, keep it up.
The "free your willy" line is because Michael Jackson's production company did the soundtrack to the movie "Free Willy".
This was a really close battle, one of the more balanced ones. Valid arguments could be made for either, where many battles really require biases to pick some over the other.
Yeah that’s fair, elvis I feel like was just more hard hitting (but that could also be cause I know more and connect more with MJ more, so it stings abit more 😂)
Don't depend on your audience to pick for you. Go look at ERB's upload list (80+ strong) and start with the ones involving characters you know about, particularly earlier battles so you see how Lloyd & Peter evolve & develop their style. Also keep in mind later battles sometimes call back to earlier ones, you'll miss references if done in the wrong order. The exception is the Hitler vs Vader trilogy, do all of those in one shot, if you can. You react to ERB's, the audience will come. You'll probably need to hit some of the ones you're not so sure about (like Harry Potter) eventually, but do the series on _your_ terms, not theirs.

Absolutely this, ERB's get better the more you know about the characters. You can do research beforehand with a quick google, but it tends to make the reaction less, I guess sincere for lack of a better word. I would still recommend doing so for characters your not at least somewhat familiar with.

Elvis started “courting” Priscilla when she was 14 and he was 24. Different times. But he didn’t marry her until she was past 18. Still not cool, but it wasn’t frowned upon the same way then
I changed my winner after listening to this a couple of hundred times. Elvis took it but for the longest time I thought Michael won.
I give Elvis the slight edge because of the "black culture" line. That was fire.
It's important to know that while he only *met* his wife when she was 14, they didn't get into a relationship until much later when they were both adults.

Great reaction, my advice though is not to.do all the best ones first, maybe even go in date order or you'll be disappointed by the end? Even their worst stuff is fun though, go for it.
This one is one of my faves, rebuttals are fire and the production going up the ages is so clever., Elvis just hits harder for me too.

Most people ignored the scandals and allegations, but the seeds of doubt were already planted.

The father very much could have taken him took court for courting an underage girl with who he stayed the night with, and the Military would have ruined him. This all doesn’t matter given that he gave her father his word that he’d marry her and he in fact did.
