As for the astronauts stuck on ISS until February, it was definitely not wise for them to have gone to the ISS in the first place. Earth is the only habitation for mankind. As for the high school quarterback dying after a head injury during a game, this is why high physical contact sports should be banned. Besides, sports do not matter in the grand scheme of things. As for Russia launching missile attacks on Ukraine, Russia continues to be foolish in continuing the war as it just continues the cycle of hatred, violence, war, and death. As for the CEO of Telegram arrested in France, he actually responsible for making sure the platform is safe for people to use. It is akin to building a house, the builders are responsible to make sure the building is safe to be occupied. Safety is to be handled both by the company AND the users. This is why many social media platforms do not value purity and safety.
I think a better analogy is the following: if you have a guest in your home that is being rude to another guest in your home, you are free to tell them they must stop or leave. But you are not REQUIRED to do that and should not be held responsible for the other person's behavior. And if someone is being rude and you do not notice it, it's especially ridiculous for anyone to hold you responsible.
