Fix that pushed in dust cap of woofer/speaker using vacuum cleaner!

- The idea is to remove the dent from a woofer using vacuum cleaner and a plastic bottle! Use the lowest speed , and DON’T attach the bottle directly, reduce the distance from the suction hose and bottle using two hands. Enjoy.
Warning: I am not responsible if your high power vacuum cleaner sucked you woofer , then wire and at last your amplifier! ;) do it at your own risk .

You are genius man. It's work for me. Thanks for the tricks. From Bangladesh.
Glad to know that !
Cool, I never even thought about doing that. Thanks.
Welcome! 😊
It's hard to stress how careful you have to be when doing this but i've done a similar thing to a few tweeters in my time and it's worked out well
In order for the dome to align better, the crease must be moistened several times with water, wait 10-15 minutes, and then pull it out with a vacuum cleaner at medium power !!
I wouldn't try it wet, that might cause a tear, but yes wetting the paper after pulling out the dent will take the dimples out of that dust cap when it dries.
@@toddfrendell6837 I do so many times .. everything is fine.
That was crazy satisfying. Thanks!
No worries!!! Enjoy
those small dents remaining will relax over time and disappear.
Nice one, i use sticky tape, but i will do this from now on.
You are welcome, the problem with sticky tape is it peels the surface and sometime won’t be strong enough to pull it.
also have this cf120.really love this speaker.pair with Carver hr895👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍. also good tips thought.
I had the CF-120 before and sold it while moving to this province. Then I bought CF-100, Both were amazing, 120 has better low end.
