Cristin Milioti’s portrayal as Sofia Gigante is nothing less than amazing I’m also beyond happy that Cristin is a Batman fan like me

It almost feels like they wrote her too good of a character and her acting was so over the top amazing that it painted them into a corner with her. We all forgot oz until last episode and I know people are gonna stay on her side and be protective of her character.

You’re right but man, when they do let Oz back into the spotlight he is so magnetic. He really played the game better lol that victory was hard fought. I wish she had won but it wasn’t her show. And now she has solidified her place in this universe. We will see her again.

Great character, gotta love a truly strong woman. Reminds me of Camina Drummer of the expanse.

It's so rare cause her characterization is true to who women naturally are. It's not trying to be a monolith to be made perfect and superior to men and be unbelievable. We see every side of her from her most vulnerable to her most vicious and it's so real. I saw the whole series a week ago and am still reeling. I have not seen a female character like this maybe in decades. It harkens back the Ellen Ripley and Sarah Connor days. Yet in this season we get the vulnerable side like Ripley and Sarah Connor in the first movies in the flashback episode then the toughened version in the rest of the series like the sequels.

I will say, there was actual misogyny going on with Bri Larson. She made a comment on wanting more diverse critics and the toxic fan boys latched on to it, and review bombed captain marvel before it even came out. Like everyone is entitled to their own opinion, but I witnessed this happen in real time because I have been a bri Larson fan since Scott pilgrim. It’s the same shit you get from the Fandon Menace, the guys who harassed the female leads of Star Wars off social media with racism and misogyny. Those did play a huge factor. Also yes Christin said years ago she wanted to be an actor like Michael Keaton lol who played Batman

Stop lying, there was no misogyny going on Bri Larson. Also she made a comment attacking white men. Also they were NOT toxic fan boys. They were fans rightfully angry with Brie Lawson. Yeah no, bri should’ve kept her mouth shut and stop with the bull. It is NOT the same with the so called Fandom Menace. They didn’t harass the female leads of Star Wars off of social media and it was NOT racism or misogyny. Stop spreading this false information. They did NOT play any huge factors. Christin didn’t say jack.

nope. I’m right. I watched it happen in real time. Watched her comments get taken out of context and men accuse her of hating all men. this is something you can easily look up, btw

If that were true, we wouldn't be praising Cristin Milioti as Sophia Falcone. Some people just really are sore losers. I really hope next time anybody cries misogyny to cope, we can just shove this down their throat and tell 'em to suck it.
