The PPP is also applicable to the financial crime prevention industry. I was asked to create some contents about this topic for my sector. I found this video a great place to start building some knowledge. Thank you

No politician should be able to bind any politicial subdivision of any government to obligations which come due later than the time they will be in office without a public referendum.

We have a lot of trusts (public-private) in the UK as mental hospitals. They are some of the best hospitals ive been in, and improve over time. If there is any hospital i'd like to be in in case i get ill again, it would be a trust.

The other videos of channel United Nations ESCAP are not good. They speak English with thick Spanish accent and it is impossible to listen and understand. Also they blocked the comments to preclude criticism. Bravo United Nations ESCAP! This video is better

Profitability-because there is a social need therein exists demand. Also a great chance at success since they have government backing can benefit from concessions and since its government owned think about the shared risks also.

Money. Morgan Stanley owning Chicago's parking meters has really increased the price of parking and the local government has to pay when there's profit lost. The city got ripped off.
Also at 1:50 where it says paid by government or users, fails to mention both.

Hi! Well made video, I like the easy-on and minimal design of it. However it takes a very simple perspective on the arrangement of PPPs - without touching upon the many complexities and challenges that they involve - and the critical thinking that such partnerships demand. But, a nice introduction to the overall framework :)!

Issues of privacy, transparency and proper oversight matter… authentic community connection. There have been private public… missteps.

  • @RyanWeaver-fp5kq

In the us… state and county and federal are not the exact same.. it’s also true… over empowerment of executive branch authority is not ok… also true… over gridlock skews too far into private and low oversight. The parties… are an intersection point. The needs of better needs and reality of feedback loops matter.
We don’t have to go much further than public education funding and the veil of efficacy of over privatization. The lowering the professionalization of teachers to meet or lower bars and increase funding to bring in more private capital and finance pools while also providing odd influence of other tax streams and non-profit works.
These kinds of things aren’t new… just old, so to speak. Consider… mental health and/or addiction health… the bolstering of pools to accommodate large gaps to prove efficacy. Just imagine the grift and graft enablement and the echoes of what this looks like and what is heard.
Non-profits and government and oversight matter… we need feedback loops while also protecting the rights of citizens.

Kinda… overlay of data matter a great deal… health, climate and tools. Reality matters.
