“He who rejects Me, and does not receive My words, has that which judges him-the word that I have spoken will judge him in the last day. For I have not spoken on My own authority; but the Father who sent Me gave Me a command, what I should say and what I should speak. And I know that His command is everlasting life. Therefore, whatever I speak, just as the Father has told Me, so I speak.””

They think they have faith, but they cant even repent from looking at p*rn and think it doesnt matter if they change, because they cant be perfect anyways? What kind of faith is that? I watch their videos often and its unbelievable how they twist their verses to be comfortable with their own sin. And in the end they say "no, you dont believe Jesus death on the cross was enough, and verse so and so says if you believe you go to heaven" ... as if they have never read the bible. I honestly didnt even know this belief exists until like 2 or 3 years ago.

How does one Believe in Jesus?
Is it by praying a prayer?
    Or by committing a ritual?
Perhaps by turning away from sin?
    Or is it just this.
Doing the will of the Father, whixh is, believe on the Son.

well explained brother, the free grace community and their beliefs are beyond my own understanding. I said in a comment section of some free gracer content guy that as Christians we should make an effort to repent and turn away from our sins and not remain in the bondage of sin as Jesus clearly states he will do for us in the gospel of John, and I was just met with the most ignorant, emotional, and non-intelligent rebuttals ever. I would've been glad to have had an intellectual conversation and get debunked with any of these people but it's actually impossible. One guy called me self-righteous even though I was preaching repentance and repentance is a humbling act, another guy said that because I was telling people to repent and I was "saying a foolish thought" and all sin is equal so I "committed murder" in the eyes of God, and another guy said that "God repented 38 times in the bible so we don't need to repent". You actually can't make this stuff up, and the guy who said I committed murder in the eyes of God ended up agreeing with me because I debunked his claim with scripture, and I did not get properly debunked by any of them because they really don't know the Bible, and I don't feel any better about myself because I couldn't get debunked, I just get righteously angered because I strongly dislike seeing that these people want to accept the gift of salvation, but then not turn away from their sins to draw closer to God, it's like a slap in God's face. It's sad, their beliefs keep lots of people in lukewarm Christianity, keep doing what you're doing my friend, God bless you.

Yes, I know just what you mean unfortunately. I am fully convinced these people are the antichrists spoken of in 1 John where John comes against Gnosticism and warns them - do not be decieved, whoever practices righteousness is righteous as He is righteous. He who sins is of the devil.
These people don’t care about Scriptures. They just parrot each others’ talking points. Once you’ve spoken to one of them, you’ve heard them all. These I believe are those John speaks of here as well to not even greet or to accept in your home -
“For many deceivers have gone out into the world who do not confess Jesus Christ as coming in the flesh. This is a deceiver and an antichrist. Look to yourselves, that we do not lose those things we worked for, but that we may receive a full reward. Whoever transgresses and does not abide in the doctrine of Christ does not have God. He who abides in the doctrine of Christ has both the Father and the Son. If anyone comes to you and does not bring this doctrine, do not receive him into your house nor greet him; for he who greets him shares in his evil deeds.”

    FAITH in CHRIST YESHUA

  • @HumbleHeartMinistry
    @HumbleHeartMinistry 4 месяца назад

I’ve always put it like this. Faith is when you hear Gods word, (Faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God) and then doing what you confess you believe. Example- You believe ( have faith) that the car in your driveway will get you to work in the morning. Yet that faith is in vain just to say you believe it, until you act on what you confess you believe. Because the car will only get you to work, if you act on that belief, and get in the car, put the key in and start the car, put it in gear, and drive it. It goes nowhere unless your belief has works!

Must I have the faith where Jesus rebukes me and says “O you of little faith”, or the faith that moves mountains? Or how about the faith of Abraham where I would sacrifice my only child? Or how about the faith that had Moses trust God and split the red sea? Or how about the faith that casts out demons? If the faith I have is not the faith I listed, could I even say I have faith? Jesus says if I believe, it will happen. That means if you believe in God’s power, you’ll act on it. So how much faith do I need to be saved?

God is indeed sovereign, but He won't do whatever He wants to (at least not at the face value of that). A well-known comedian (Carlan), who apparently was raised in a Catholic setting, said he would ask the nuns if God could make a rock big enough that even He couldn't lift it (all in mocking). I would hope they answered, "Yes".
Even though He is sovereign, God has made (could even be said that He has confined Himself to) promises that no matter what, He will not break, even if He wanted to. Think of how much that Gethsemane prayer from His only begotten Son who had been with Him from before creation, must have impacted the Father. If ever God was going to do what He wanted and disregard His promise and plan, it was then, but He didn't. And praise God He didn't.
It is the same for our salvation. God has laid it all out in His word, and we can be sure of receiving that salvation if we hold fast to the call He has placed before us. Be faithful is number 1, but we are to abide in and keep His word. We are to endure in it, and faith, until the end. And if we are doing all those things, then we have every assurance of hope that His word/promise of salvation to us is even more faithful. Out of a love that we can barely understand, God gladly built that unmovable rock that not even He could lift.
PS. I know you likely already knew all this. I just thought it was worth mentioning.
