Ravenscar 2022

Ravenscar on the east coast of Yorkshire. Victorian developers planned to turn the village into a holiday resort to rival Scarborough. Roads and sewers were built and a few houses but because of the lack of a sandy beach and the steep descent to its rocky beach six hundred feet below the plan was abandoned.
The grand building in the video is Raven Hall Hotel. Common seals come to breed on the rocks in June. Then in November it's time for the grey seals.
